Awful place. Being referred as a new customer I cannot even get the right contact to get booked in … can only imagine the medical care provided based on the front of house care or shall I say lack of?!

Bunch of charlatans who charged 1500 pounds to remove a benign mole. The case is Courts now.Never go there unless you want to be overcharged.

I am super impressed with the mole check service at the Stratum Dermatology Clinic in Wimbledon. The staffs are friendly and helpful in organising my appointment. I work all week but they managed to find a slot that was convenient. The clinic looks lovely and clean. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

It was a great experience being seen by Dr Allan Ah-Weng at Stratum Dermatology Clinic in Wimbledon. Dr Ah-Weng personally called me a week before my surgery to discuss what was going to happen and that was so kind of him for my peace of mind. Then I got a follow-up call from the Wimbledon Team ensured me about the surgery date and time and provided me with helpful information about Moh's Surgery. And a day before my surgery, the Lead Nurse from Stratum called me for further information about my surgery which was very reassuring. On the day of my surgery, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Stratum Wimbledon Clinic is a very nice place, clean, and has a relaxing ambience. It felt like I was not in a clinic at all. I had my surgery done at Stratum and the experience was outstanding! I say this clinic is highly recommendable!

Overall experience is excellent . Staff were professional and super efficient from booking appointment to day of consult and day of surgery .

Turned up for my mums produre , mr norris clinic nhs patients done here recphionst, said think been a mistake we have'nt got anybody here to do anything , think lilly mr norris sectory has mad a mistake , told us to ring her to rebook appointment , we have been wauiting since 20 june 2022 for this , travelled on bus cost of £15 ,my mum in a wheelchair , which is'nt easy over cobbled paths , and even paths , staff could of least try to sort this alpoinment out , try to ring this lilly , or mr norris himself , not impressed 🤔, my mum was left fed up she builds herself up for it for weeks , and this happens 🤔, Trust goverment for you !!!

If you have a serious condition that still needs diagnosis/ treatment, I do not believe this is the right clinic to go to. By personal experience, It seemed as if they were scare to even take the case, and made the wrong diagnosis twice. Some doctors here still don’t know how to read through symptoms within a timeframe and triggers to establish a clinical diagnosis. Additionally, Not only do they leave you hanging in there when you are in pain and most desperate for a follow up, but you need to chase them to even get another doctor to do the follow up. It also took ages for them to go ahead with a biopsy that was indeed necessary to get a diagnosis. On top of that they are partnered with a lab that read the biopsy wrong , certified by other laboratories. They don’t challenge results to match with clinical symptoms, and they are not the best to even suggest a specialist who might help. It just seemed they wanted the money and wouldn’t even face you to say the case was beyond their capabilities and suggest a proper specialist ( as any good doctor would do).

A thorough examination which was booked effortlessly and quickly after I was concerned about a mole on my face . Dr Friedmann was friendly and professional and put my mind at rest when he explained the treatment options which were available to me .

The overall process to get an appointment was east and prompt and the appointment itself was good.
But it’s been 2 weeks since the appointment (Raynes Park/Wimbledon) and I don’t have any report from them meaning I can’t move forward with recommended tests (their SLA is 5 working days).
I paid £250 to accelerate the process as I was really concerned to understand more about a lump on my head. £250 and 2 weeks later I am really no further ahead.

I had some skin rashes on my chest that were not healing, and decided that I did not want to wait but made an appointment to see Dr Adam Friedmann in Cheltenham.

Dr Friedmann was excellent. He was very thorough and explained all of the possibilities clearly. He suspected that I had Sarcoidosis but stated that a biopsy was the next step to take.

He performed the biopsy that afternoon which was quick and painless. He telephoned me with the results a week later and his initial diagnosis was confirmed.

As a result of Dr Friedmann’s speedy diagnosis, less than two weeks after my initial consultation I have had the biopsy, the results of the biopsy, all the required blood tests, and am now awaiting a CT scan.

I estimate that I have saved many months of anxious worry by taking the steps I did, and will soon have a treatment plan in place.

I am very pleased not only with Dr Friedmann but all of the staff I met at the Stratum Clinics, and I highly and unreservedly recommend them all.

Had a brilliant Dermalux treatment at Stratum Clinics Cheltenham. The staff were so friendly and fully explained the treatment to me. My skin looks and feels great and I would definitely recommend the clinic and treatment.

Genuinely positive experience. Staff in the Cheltenham clinic were consummate professionals - right through from the receptionist, practice manager and nurse. Very thorough and clear in explaining the procedure while being incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. Cannot praise them enough. Gave me absolute trust in the process and their abilities.

Clinic itself was lovely - absolutely immaculate. Results will be incremental - but already seeing the benefit and really happy with how it's going. Have already passed my recommendation of the clinic on to others.

I had my first Dermalux LED treatment session and as well as it being 20 minutes of pure relaxation, I can definitely notice the difference to my skin. I didn't worry about reapplying foundation afterwards as my skin was nice and glowy. I’m a fan!

I only wasted my money in the clinic in Oxford, given that the dermatologist didn't know what it was and I had to book with another clinic (and they were also running late, so I had to take another permission from work). A complete lack of reliability that you don't expect from a private clinic.

You were both so welcoming and the whole experience was a very enjoyable one. The treatment was so clearly explained to me which made me feel totally at ease before it began.
The treatment itself leaves your face feeling as though you've spent a good few hours in the sun, but without any feeling of burning or damage being done. Great way to spend 20 minutes 🙂
