This feedback is honest

I have worked at Strategies for a little over 2 years. I really enjoy working here. I get plenty of positive support from my supervisors and I'm treated like a professional and team member.

Strategies is the company that supports not only the client but staff as well. They want you to succeed and provide opportunities to learn from free CEUs, meetings, etc. If you want to learn, they love to share. I am excited to be apart of such an amazing company!

A wonderful company where they really take care of and cherish their employees . They really have our backs!

Strategies is a wonderful company to work for. As a BCBA I feel appreciated and supported by management. I am able to reach out to them for guidance with both clinical and clerical questions. Strategies offers free CEU’s and does quarterly staff meetings to discuss any changes. As a contractor, I am in control of how large my caseload is. I am so grateful to be a part of this team.

Strategies is a company dedicated to its clients and staff. They are extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The staff is an extremely talented team of professionals that are committed to helping children with autism. Additionally, if a staff member requires additional support there is always help on the way. As a staff member, I have always felt supported and valued.

Working for Strategies, Inc. has been an absolute relief. I have worked for, and observed other ABA companies for years where the focus is the quantity of clients, versus the quality of services. Being part of a team of Behavior Analysts (including the "higher ups" and owner of the company) brings a sense of integrity, and again relief that enables me to focus on my clients and their needs as opposed to irrelevant metrics.

I love working fro Strategies Inc. They are always supportive of their staff not just the clients. They will help and support their staff in anyway they can. Strategies Inc is the best place I have worked at since starting Behavior Analysis in 2007.
