Heather Kostroun was so friendly and…

Heather Kostroun was so friendly and pleasant! It took quite awhile to resolve my request because I had trouble changing my password, but she stuck with me! Instead of my phone call being frustrating, she made it a pleasant conversation and helped me all the way through! She also explained some things I didn't understand. She's a gem!!

Heather Kostroun did an excellent job helping me with my IRA RMD distribution. She probably spent approximately 1 hour on the phone helping me. She did an excellent job and I commend her for a job well done.

Strata has very knowledgeable and pleasant Customer Service Representatives

Both of the customer service representatives were pleasant and helpful in assisting me with navigating the Strata site. I needed to change my password and add another payment method to my account. They really showed they cared about my needs.

Well, its kind of hit or miss with customer support. The wait can be long. And I have been disconnected at the end of a long wait. Upon reaching a representative- they are usually helpful. I call when I am having difficulty completing/submitting documents, i.e. beneficiary designations.

Rare, high quality customer service

I called Strata’s Customer Service on Thursday for help regarding my RMD since it was a 1st for me to do. Brittany patiently walked me through each step with respect and kindness.

The next day I had the same experience with Sandra when I needed to pay a fee connected to the day before since I was having trouble accessing my account. She was as well patient, respectful and kind.

This speaks volumes about who Strata is as well as Dr. Elliott using them who I highly respect for his values.

Much appreciation to Dr. Elliott, Strata, Brittany and Sandra.

Helpful Agent

Finally found an agent who really helped me negotiate my RMD so I understood how to proceed with taking the approperiate steps to cashing out with gold rather than cash.
