Great straps and customer service!
I'm always looking to add new straps to my watch collection, and I have received great straps and costumer support on the several occasions I've purchased from StrapSeeker. The straps feel high quality, and I've particularly enjoyed the FKM straps I ordered. The straps are also stylish and versatile which means that I'm able to pair them with anything in my collection, ranging from my Seiko 5KX to my Omega Speedmaster. I have always had positive customer service experiences with StrapSeeker, as the team is quick to ship and provide tracking information, and they always ensure that I'm satisfied with the products. As someone who cares about quality both in product and customer service, I would highly recommend StrapSeeker. I will definitely be buying more straps and will consider buying a watch from them when I'm in the market (hopefully soon)!

Can’t trust Strapseekers
To do business requires trust. When there isn’t any then don’t do business with that company. When I didn’t get what I ordered and the tracking seemed to be unrealistic on where my item was, I contacted the business on where my item was. I bought from this company off the Etsy web site. They also have there own website and no where on each site does it say that my item would be coming from Amazon. I purchased from these people to specifically not buy from Amazon. The people at Strapseeker said they only use Amazon to warehouse the items. What? Do you think I was born yesterday. It’s coming from Amazon because it was purchased from them or one of there vendors that sell on Amazon. Another reason not to do business with Amazon is that they have many problems shipping items these days. My item seemed to be no different. After 14 days and not receiving it I cancelled my order. Thanks a lot Strapseeker . I needed that strap days ago.

Nice customer service
"Pre-ordered" the Seiko SMW006A Metronome watch, I had doubts but they replied to my concerns the next day. They buy this watch by batch so it will be sent later (they told me when they would ship it but I see it's now written on the page, it precedently wasn't).
They send from Singapore, I received the watch 10 days later in Western Europe.
