My order came in the estimated time period. It took a while (1,5 months), but this is due to COVID-19 and the fact that it came out of China and me living in Europe.

I got my glasses a bit delayed because of the coronavirus outbreak, and this is absolutely acceptable. Anyway unfortunately one of the lenses were broken somehow, in a weird way. I wrote an email to them about it, and they offered me a replacement or a total refund. I got the refund also. I'm really glad to experience such professionality. I'm definitely order from them, and I do highly recommend them!

It has now been over 2 months since we ordered. And there has been no movement on the tracking number for over 7 weeks. We are opening a PayPal dispute and will definitely not be doing business with Stormfull again.

Great glasses for gaming. The only down side is that I had to wait so long for them. But they are great.

Would buy again.

It was hell of a wait but I finally got my pair! at first I was sceptic to order them as I knew shipping everywhere is delayed because of covid situation but my son insisted on getting them so I went ahead and made an order and 2 months later he got his glasses. I'l leaving 5 star review because my son really loves it, and customer support was really responsive and I understand their situation

3 months and still haven’t got my order
It says Its delivered But nothing in my mail box or any where??!

Update got my glasses after i even forget they existed and I ordered them but hey i have them now👍🏽(They sent me a second one tho the first one wasn’t delivered to me)

The delivery was delayed (I totally understand with the covid situation), I thaught it was a scam but I finally got my item plus their customer support is very cool and responsive (got my answer within 8 hours).

Got my package within 2 weeks ( EU ), the quality is very decent, the glasses seem to work as described.

It has taken Almost 2 month’s for my glasses to come

Ordered in April for an early June birthday that has now passed. I appreciate the communication at first of the delay but now I see further delay to possibly July? I'd appreciate a discount or an extra pair or something. I understand delays due to C-19 but now I'm receiving review request for an item I haven't received. Please send an updated estimated delivery date.

Ordered back in April (it's June now) and still haven't received. Understandable with the pandemic, however, delivery date has been pushed back 3 or 4 times now. Unfair to say the item is on its way when it would appear to not have been shipped yet. Would be less confusing and frustrating to get a shipping confirmation and better tracking than just "on the way." Will update if it gets here!

Never received !!! Even got this e mail asking for a review and still have yet (2 months) to receive them. Tried to email and the email bounced back.

STILL WAITING ON MY GLASSES!! Received an email asking how I liked them- I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO COME! WHAT A SCAM!

I have not received my purchase after 2 months but got email asking how I like my purchase. Ah, I don’t so far. Grrrr

still dont have the "recent purchase" and they are asking if i like it

I paid 14€ for delivering my order on 12.4.2020. They did not shipped it never and did not refund my money. Scammers!
