My experience with the Storm3 team was fantastic. Andrew and team were extremely communicative, nice/friendly, very prompt, and overall lovely to work with. They were very helpful from the outset, providing transparency about the interview sequence, as well as through negotiations, helping navigate expectations. She took time to understand my needs, and explained the market and what seems to be the values that companies are looking for in great detail. Had an awful experience working with Shannon Riskey. Not sure why this company is exclusively employing young graduates and Gen Z (probably to avoid paying high) but Shannon led me to make a professional decision that I will regret for the rest of my life. I left a steady and stable job to (briefly) enter a company that was not only unprofessional, but filled with toxicity and atrocious behavior from c-suite. This company proceeded to discharge me because I was voicing the fact that I had no training or support. In return, I sought guidance and help from Shannon and Storm3 to find a new job (while suffering a miscarriage as a result of the stress) - but they ghosted me.

Long story short, stay away from this staffing firm - I will certainly advise my friends and colleagues against working with Storm3.

Working with Emory was an amazing experience. He knows how to acquire the right candidate to match the right position. His professionalism, communication, follow through were excellent. There was a very effective cadence to the check-ins from the Storm3 team during the recruitment process. I felt supported and informed of the moving pieces during interviews and negotiation without it feeling overbearing. It is easy to apply undue pressure to potential hires during recruitment due to the combination of incentives a recruitment firm operates in, but I was met at every step with extremely personable, kind, and sharp professionals.

Worked with Alona for a workforce management analyst role, and she was very transparent, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and answered every question promptly. She has a great way making you feel like a priority. I also felt she was compassionate, and sincere in her thoughts and answers to anything I asked. She was always available and got back to me promptly with all my questions even helped me help me research the company so that I can be well prepared for the interview. Honestly, the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with. She’s awesome!!!
