I bought a store with a niche in December from an American based co, I was promised success, The products were all US based from a supplier that had a 45 Dollar a month supplier fee, my page was all about some other person promoting their products in the USA, when i asked for support i was told to download another app, that had more monthly fees. I almost gave up on the whole idea.
So I contacted Storelaunch to give it one more try. They listened to my concerns, advised me on what they thought was beneficial to me, they started to create my website checking in all the way. they didn't just release my site they answered my questions, advised me on the next best step, and today i i don't have the words to say how happy i am i didn't give up. Thank you Jamie& Marius "Storelaunch" for delivering what you promised.

I purchased two “niche” Shopify stores (Home & Garden and Pets) plus custom logos, based on the advertised bundle: Dropshipping Store + Course + Mentorship Group + 10 Proven Products.

After payment I received theme files, logos, images, and a Discord invite. When opening the Shopify themes, they were essentially empty templates. You still have to add all the images, text and products—something you can do for free with Shopify templates and YouTube tutorials.

The offer stated that 10 proven products would be provided via Discord. This was not the case for my niches. Only two niches had product lists, and neither matched what I purchased. I contacted a Discord member (the only person responding to questions) and was told I would need to source products myself as these files were not uploaded yet. Support via WhatsApp said they would upload files, but nothing was added.

The provided store names and logos were also already used by existing domains. This makes branding and SEO difficult, and means you need to redo the branding yourself. Charging extra for logos without checking name availability is not very helpful.

When I requested a refund, I was told they delivered what was advertised and that naming conflicts could be solved by using different domain extensions.

R300 may seem like a small amount, but for many people in South Africa it matters. Based on the marketing, I expected a semi-complete store with relevant product ideas and usable branding. Instead, you still need to build everything yourself.

Bottom line: You can save the money, use Shopify’s free themes, watch a tutorial, and source suppliers yourself—or pay R300 for an empty template and do the same work anyway.

These people sell you generic Shoptify accounts that you can't do nothing with and when you ask for help they don't provide you with feedback it's been weeks and no help secondly I have requested 4 accounts with them and when I requested my refund they blocked me even on their telegram channel they only want your money your store is never active please see screenshots

It's not all done for you, you have to atleast have an idea how to link products, my products were priced wrong after changing from US to SA, shipping from suppliers is too expensive, the one on one is not possible as you are put in a telegram group and WhatsApp questions take forever to be responded to. I even had to ask my son to take over as I had no clue what to do. I just wrote off the R278 I paid. All I am saying is don't market it as a done for you store, because all you get is a store with products that are not linked to the supplier, no payment method, a pdf which had to be redone because people were lost, a list of suppliers that are not relevant to SA market because of expensive shipping fees and long delivery periods. If one is not supposed to change the country be clear about it, why tell people how to change when they are not supposed to. The advert is a bit misleading, atleast it was to me.

I couldn’t ask for a better Service😁. I love my store. I love the delivery time. No regrets

Fast, simple stores for any beginner out there, products are already loaded up. Gave it about nearly a day to get my store. Really worth the buck.
