Quality product. Daughter replaced her 3 yo LG gram notebook batt 1 week before her overseas internship. Tested for a week and able to last as long as when NB was bought new. Fast delivery. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Authentic batteries with great customer service
The battery was authentic and worked excellently well. I was very pleased with the customer service, as they double-checked my laptop model (to ensure that I did not purchase the wrong battery part) before shipment.
The item was packed securely before it was shipped out promptly. Very nice shopping experience and will definitely buy my batteries from them again if the need arises.

Alright experience, brand new product - site could use an update in design, but functional.
Well, first off - it was easy to find the battery that I was looking for at this site - just could not find the proper battery elsewhere.
The product arrived in a week's time in good condition.
Site works well, although the design is abit dated.

Bought a battery for my Lenovo X270. Customer service replied my queries about shipment by email promptly. The battery has been working fine and seems to last quite long upon full charge too.

Bad Battery - But Refund Issued
I received a bad battery from them, however, they have done as much as anyone might hope in this situation. They have been very responsive and issued me a refund which I'm due to get in the next 5-10 days. The only problem is that I'm still without a working battery and it'll take another few weeks to get another one. So the issue isn't completely resolved just yet, but at least they've refunded this one. :-)

Works well at half the original price - can order
Took almost 2 weeks to arrive, but glad correct battery arrived. After installing, works perfectly and happy that price is almost half of Dell's. I will order again, even for other laptops.
