En Asmodee España son nefastos, al menos en el servicio al cliente y reposición de componentes. Cuando no hay problemas todo es muy bonito, pero cuando te llega un juego nuevo con defectos y reclamas, responden diciendo que envian el repuesto. Un mes detrás de ellos y no hay forma de que me lo envíen. Menos mal que es una simple carta que si llega a ser el juego entero... En mi ludoteca no entrarán más juegos suyos.
Absolute scum
Absolute scum! At games.con I had to speak to one of their staff who was not only rude but also anti-disability and bigoted. Worse company ever! Made a complaint with them last year and it still is open but never received an answer.
No coordination between departments
I ordered a package to an old address and immediately (within seconds) contacted their customer support to change the address. They were unable to do so and recommended I spend $45 to reroute the package with USPS.
This should be basic functionality for a web store. I shouldn't even have to contact customer service. Just order off of amazon.
Missing item in my order and they're ignoring me
I received my shipment about two weeks ago, which I ordered two weeks prior to that.
An entire item was missing from the order. I sent an email explaining the problem and they replied within a few days. They told me that they are looking into this problem and I haven't heard from them since. I paid more for shipping and customs fees because of this item. This is one of the rare instances where I order things from sites other than the big ones, and after this experience it might be the last. AVOID ASMODEE AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS BLATANT THEFT.
Stealing from customers is a good past time!
They allowed me to make a large order on the store that they could not fill.
They then refunded me because they could not fill that order.
Due to currency exchange I ended up taking almost a 10% loss on the total order size. This was a several thousand dollar order for context.
Do not trust this companies shopping cart. Basically just don't trust the business or the people operating it.
On complaint they basically just ignore it. They respond by stating facts I should already know and have no ability to fix the situation.
Issue stems from many mistakes made by the company all cascading into a total disaster where they effectively steal from there customers.
They are requiring that I pay for my credit card FX fees( BOTH DIRECTIONS ), while they refund cross border orders that they should either not take money for or ensure they can fill.
Good work. Unreal bad.
Shipping scam
On an international order for 135 USD they charged 100 USD for shipping with UPS Worldwide Saver, and then shipped my order with the ultra-budget UPS Mail Innovations service and tried to gaslight me that they do not offer expedited shipping options on their storefronts despite my showing them screenshot of both my order and the shipping method selections screen which shows UPS Worldwide Saver as the sole shipping method to Europe.

This company is the enemy of American Small businesses, they will go out of their way to lie and cheat to undercut their competition. All about profit and could care less about the customer experience.
Worse company!
The company I dealt with was the worst in the market. Despite contacting them multiple times through various phone calls and twice via email, they failed to cancel my back orders and shipped the items anyway, resulting in an overwhelming debt. This issue arose during the surge in popularity of Pokémon, even before Pokérev and Logan Paul contributed to its widespread fame. I placed an order for some products and repeatedly requested the removal of the remaining back orders to avoid receiving additional items in the future, as they intended to print more to fulfill the back orders. However, they disregarded my requests and shipped the products later on. As a result, I received an unexpected bill exceeding 5000 euros for products that I didn't even need, despite asking them six times to cancel all back orders. It appears that they feigned ignorance to prioritize their sales over customer satisfaction. Also, it was of course, "to late" to cancel the shipping! -10 stars for me!

5 months and counting to get missing parts for Star Wars Legion.
This is what happens when one company gets sole distribution rights to a region.
They actually make another (much larger) grimdark miniatures company look genuinely decent.

Their pokemon products are either resealed or weighted. This means that you won't get any good pull from them. Stay away from this company. Reference bought product from Bol.com

If i could leave less than 1 star I would. I am small business owner, retail store. I ordered from this awful company. 1000 euro! Most of the items were damaged on delivery. Totally ignore all my emails, account manager ignores me, customer service etc. Worst company I have ever dealt with. WARNING!!!
Tried to apply for business account
Tried to apply for an account with them and they took 2 weeks to review my application only to tell me that i had to place an order £1000 or so which was not stated on the application or on the website. As a small business i am not able to do this and informed them so they made it clear it was a requirement and i told them that i would not be applying again. if they had not taken so long to review my application i may have met the requirement but now i am mostly stocked and only require top up orders. They also only have half the things i need.
Very Bad company find your products elsewhere do not deal with them it is distributors like this that are making it difficult for your local games store.
Criminally bad customer service
Here's the response I had from Asmodee UK Spare Parts today (after five emails and two phone calls over three months) about the Star Wars Legion Imperial Specialists expansion I bought that turned out to be incomplete: "Unfortunately this request didn’t process through our system at the time as we ran out of stock of the item. I apologise that you weren’t made aware of this. I am very sorry that we cannot help you further with this." No offer to send out the missing part when the item's back in stock. Basically, just tough s**t. Incidentally. Boardgameprices.co.uk shows it's in stock at fourteen UK retailers right now.

Placed pre orders for stock, paid for said pre orders via bank transfer with receipts, provided the information to our accounts manager and the sales team at asmodee who then completely ignored our requests and then without notifying us at all cancelled our order and moved the funds we had sent into our account credit.
Heard absolutely nothing from them for days and when we noticed we had no dispatch notice i emailed them to then finally find out 7 days later that they had not bothered to send anything we had ordered and paid for and 7 days prior had instead of what was agreed cancelled our order and sold our stock to another customer.
Asmodee are one of the least helpful distributors i have ever dealt with in my entire life, There customer service is non existent even for us a customer who has spent more than £300,000 with them.
If you can purchase your stock elsewhere (they do seem to have a monopoly on distributing a number of brands - maybe something that needs to be brought up to trading standards) then I would highly recommend doing so.
All you will get from asmodee is rude, unhelpful, entitled staff at the other end who do not help you with your orders nor resolving issues.
Asmodee Products are UNSUPPORTED
Our copy of what is a good classic game was ruined by an irresponsible publisher.
Be aware that if your copy of the game is sold with missing or defective pieces that the seller/publisher (Asmodee) has DISCONTINUED any support, despite the fact that taking responsibility for missing/defective pieces is considered the responsible standard in the board games industry.
Google Asmodee and you will find that they are basically scandalous on this front, and unfortunately, they own and publish a lot of otherwise well designed games under their harmful umbrella.

Don't bother - look for your product elsewhere. Why spend money with a company whose Customer Services are non-existent. Lost count of the amount of times I've tried to get hold of them with a product query. Even the comic store I regularly use tried on my behalf and said exactly the same (you know things are really bad if they don't even respond to retailers). And don't believe that just because their website says an item is "In Stock", that it is actually in stock. I was after 9 separate "In Stock" items and NONE of them actually were.
Believe the hype
Believe the hype - worst customer service out there folks. They don't answer emails more than once in a blue moon.
My package is lost, and other than send them sad daily reminders that they need to refund me ASAP, I can't do anything-.
Oh wait, I'm totally a thing in the gaming scene in Israel and I'm already making sure no one repeats my mistake and use their services.

Buggy website, slow repsponse
Their website doesn't work, and their customer service is very slow to respond. Last September, I placed an order, and got an error saying it failed. A couple of days later I tried again, and the same thing happened. A few more days later, I noticed that I had two charges on my credit card, and a few days after that the products arrived at my door (without any email confirmations of the order, payment, shipment, or delivery).
I tried to reach out their customer service, and they took almost 3 months to respond to me. They did end up refunding one of the purchases without asking me to return it. I guess that's a nice gesture, but I would have preferred to not have these issues in the first place (or to have them resolved quickly).
