Bonjour , je déconseille fortement l’achat d’un quel conque appareil au sein de se site j’ai acheter un appareil insta 360 go s 3 l’appareil est arrivais défectueux beug écran multicolore le site ne question ne répond pas aucun nouvelle je vais sûrement devoir portais plainte

I bought Insta360 X5 Essentials Bundle, but I did`nt receive my order
The shop doesn`t help me to solve this problem

I'm from an era when you bought something it worked straight out of the box, for this Insta360 Ace 2 Pro to work I needed to download a senseless app to activate the camera?!? What kind of client unfriendly methods are these? So this camera will only work by the grace of an internet connection and future existence of the Insta company. I've returned this product immediately after finding this kind of malpractices. Shame on you Insta360!!

Pointless they will never get back to you even getting your order wrong only time they respond is if your buying once you have bought from them good luck contacting them no reply on email or online chat

Customer Service not present. No response in chat for over a week. No response to emails for over a week. And this is for sales. I guess for customer returns, technical issues, it will be even worse. Glad I didn't buy the product and only enquired about it. They don't want me as client. Glad it will stay that way. Do not bother buying this product. If you will have issues, their CS never responds.

Me parece increíble que una compañía como esta, que vende productos bastante caros no tenga un servicio de devolución o cambio gratuito y en condiciones. Compré una funda submarina y por error del modelo tuve que devolverla. Ni siquiera generan una etiqueta de devolución con mensajero, todo es un intercambio de emails muy tedioso y he terminado pagando 18€ para enviar un producto de vuelta a una tienda en otro país. No volveré a comprar ahí. Si tan modernos y costosos son, modernícense.

My WiFi internet connection shows upload speed of 650Mbs. My Camera is uploading to the Insta Cloud, on that WiFi, but it is only managing to upload at speeds between 8 and 14 Mbs. Why?

But is gets worse. The software is some of the worst software I've ever seen. It is riddled with so many bugs it is unusable

Nous avons réalisé une commande d'un montant de 500€ avec ma copine comprenant le Insta360 X3 + accessoires début décembre 2024.

La commande est arrivé très vite et nous étions ravis car nous avons acheté la caméra pour un voyage prévu en janvier 2025.

Il s'agit de notre cadeau de Noel donc nous avons hésité à l'ouvrir et heureusement que nous l'avons fait ! Car en testant l'appareil se fut une catastrophe !
Il est arrivé complétement défectueux (il s'allume s'éteint seul, il change les réglages et se met à entrer dans les menus seul, l'enregistrement fonctionne 1fois sur 2, la batterie ne tient pas, …)

Ce sont des choses qui arrivent de tomber sur une mauvaise série mais si je poste aujourd'hui un avis si négatif c'est surtout pour le SERVICE CLIENT / APRES-VENTE !

Je les contacte en commençant à détailler ce qu'il m'arrive, au début ils me répondent très vite et j'envoie toutes les preuves (vidéos, …).

Et là, la personne me dit de renvoyer le produit et qu'il sera examiné en réparation, et que seulement si il est "éligible" il sera réparé et renvoyé !

Je réponds en disant que cela allait prendre du temps, des semaines ou des mois et que j'aurais préféré renvoyer le produit et qu'on m'en envoie un autre et là plus aucune réponse ! Je relance plusieurs fois pour être rassuré du moins sur les délais et plus rien !

Le PIRE c'est que je vois sur leur site que des frais de réparation vont être appliqués !!!

Donc je récapitule : Je passe une commande à 500€ > L'appareil est complètement défectueux > Je dois le renvoyer pour réparation, je suis même pas sûr que cette dernière soit acceptée et si elle l'est je vais devoir payer des frais supplémentaires !

Je paye et je vais attendre des semaines pour "peut-être" avoir mon produit fonctionnel ?

C'est une honte, je vous conseille de ne jamais commander chez eux et d'opter pour une marque plus sérieuse !

This was initially a 1-star review as, for all practical purposes, their store charged $500 but never sent a confirmation email, never sent a shipping email, and customer support was unresponsive. When I did finally get an email back, it was to request details I was never given as they were already told, and the situation seemed stuck.

Fast-forward to a few days later after my credit card company initiated a dispute and the original order magically appears in my email along with a shipping confirmation. That tells me that the record did exist in some form, it had just gotten "lost" somehow. The camera did arrive as advertised, it's amazing, I cancelled the dispute, and this company is reputable. I'm not sure how this happened but it is something to be mindful of, especially during periods of heavy shipping like the holidays.

Après quelques petits problèmes sur la livraison d'un produit, l'équipe de Insta360 (qui communique rapidement, mais en anglais), a su trouver une solution commerciale qui m'a satisfait.
Bref, fidèle client d'Insta360, je le reste, assurément.

What a bunch of jokers! The return policy? Non existent. If you want to return anything send it back at your own expense to HONG KONG!!! Yes - there products are excellent but as for any kind of customer support …. Forget it!!

Fick först ett gott bemötande av kundtjänst. Förklara problemet med min X2 360 kamera som bara sluta fungera när jag tömde den på filer. Den är inte använd på månader, har väntat på att våren ska komma då det är dags att börja filma.
Skickar in bilder och videos på problemet. Gjorde även en firware update som inte hjälpte.
Blir ombedd att skicka in den till servicecenter.... MEN man har gjort denna procedur så komplicerad att ingen fattar hur det ska gå till. Hade fått ett RMA nummer, som man inte har någon nytta av. Man skulle välja UPS-prepaid och den möjligheten har man gömt så väl att ingen normal människa hittar den.
Tror bestämt att jag kan slänga den i soporna och lära mig av misstaget...... Det blir helt klart ingen X4!

Absolutely shocking customer experience they will only provide a refund if u ship the product return to china at your own cost. I’ll never buy another product again.

Bought the motorcycle kit with Xmas offer plus lenses,battery and SD card. Yesterday the package arrived undamaged and closed. When opening it I only found the fixation for the bike, the SD and lenses. No camera nor battery. More than 500€ for the bin. As it is a Xmas gift went to the local shop and bought the same Insta360 X3 locally. Never buy at their online shop if you don't want to loose your money, be very careful out there

Die Lieferung war schnell da und alles ist komplett und heile.
Doch ich durfte einen Akku nicht mit anderen Geräten zusammen kaufen und verschicken lassen, da der Akku ja gefahren mit sich bringt.
Dann mache ich also aus meiner Bestellung zwei Bestellungen.
Was ist, alles kommt in einem Paket und ich musste ganze 15€ für Versand extra bezahlen!
Das ist reine abzocke was die da betreiben!

Modtog aldrig varen, Insta360 bedte mig om at bedømme handlen, jeg skrev til dem at jeg aldrig havde modtaget varen, Insta360 reagerede har ikke reageret.

Der Support war Ausgezeichnet, aber es muss beachted werden, das dieses Unternehmen in China Liegt, und diese Andere arbetiszeiten haben!

Allerdings entspricht die Kamera Quialität nicht dem Beispielen, und deshalb habe ich meine Kamera zurückgesendet. Allerdings ist die Kamera save für Leute gut, welche einfach Lustige Aufnahmen machen wolln.
