I was suprised to find the fuji camera i wanted on DigRev for well under the retail price. I thought it was to good to be true. It finally came in, brand new as advertised. I was happy. The shipping stated it would be in the US sooner but i was okay with 2weeks. Thx!

Despite the unavailability of product, Digitalrev's response was speedy and clear. I was very satisfied with it. This wasn't my first time buying things via Digitalrev... certainly I will do it again when attractive products come on shelf.

When i bought lens i was sceared that the stire is in Hong Kong and no information at the website but delivery was so qick. I should get lens 18.06.2020 i got it 19.06.2020 earlu mornig. Definetly i will buy more

I ordered a Nikon 200-500 lens, the price was cheaper than on other sites. Got the confirmation, and after 3 days got an email to say the order is cancelled, no explanation. Very poor

Order GB1965. Sorry David i am not sure why you say there was an issue with the payment, i have a paypal confirmation of payment sent to merchant, which i can forward you. And should have been an issue anyway, i would have expected an email to query it, unless you do not want the business.

Hi David, in response to your last note, i did get the cancellation email, i just did not understand why it was cancelled as there was no payment issue.

I have brought two camera bodies and a telephoto lens and all were delivered promptly and I’m still using them, I’ll probably buy my next lens from them. I can find no fault with them.

This is the 2nd camera I've purchased from Digital Rev in the last 10 years.
This time it took a bit longer to arrive, 7 days from ordering rather than 3 days from ordering, but considering they ship from Hong Kong to UK and in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic this is still impressive.
Camera (Nikon D750) arrived fantastically well packaged and I'm very, very pleased with my purchase. Based on my two very positive experiences of Digital Rev I'd certainly recommend them, and also the savings that can be made on most products too. I'll be coming back to them for my future lens purchases.

Personal email telling me my order was going through and then cancelled it (1hr later) without any reason given.

If you don't accept PayPal then why make it your only payment option?

Edit: They got back to me with the same copy and paste excuse others reviewers have posted. They sent their bank details to process instead. Swift.

DO NOT DO THIS! They are circumnavigating trading laws in order to ONLY cover their back and not yours. You then have to jump through hoops in order for them to even acknowledge you sent payment.

Stinks of money laundering.

The money I would have saved isn't worth the effort to buy from them. But what is worth the effort is the massive PITA I'm going to be. I'm bored...and I have time.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a camera today, payed via PayPal instantly cancelled and several emails asking me to pay outside of PayPal via bank transfer direct. Scam company trying to avoid buyer protection

Great service, very promptly posted by DigitalRev, a few nice extra goodies in the box with my new camera and then it was all let down by UPS screwing my delivery up....
Still, can't blame DigitalRev for that. Will be using them again soon I hope.

Really fantastic experience! Shipment was posted within 24 hours if I remember correctly, and the parcel should have got to me within two days, but UPS were a pain, and so rather than arriving on the Thursday the parcel arrived on the Monday. Still, one week delivery to the UK and a big saving on my item, with no further surprise costs on delivery of the item, how could I complain? Will definitely buy again from DigitalRev.

Excellent service from Digital Rev! Very rapid delivery service which you can track all the way from Hong Kong to the UK; a very competitive price compared to buying in the UK; and product delivered was in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered late at night and it was posted the following day and I received it within 3 days! Postage was free too. I've ordered items from the UK that have took longer than that!

My camera (Nikon D500) was very-very well packed, with loads of bubble-wrap on the outside! I couldn't be happier with the service I have received! I've followed DigitalRev on YouTube for years, but as stated this was my first time ordering... Now what else can I buy???

They were brilliant from day one. Easy and quick to communicate with them, the price was just amazing (a few hundreds less than other retails).
I was worried something would go wrong as the price was significantly cheaper, however after reading other reviews and speaking with them I decided to purchase the camera (canon 5D MARK IV), and it couldn't has been easier and better.
I will use them again and I recommend other people to use them, the quality is there and it is way cheaper.

Incredible price, well over £100 less than anyone else. Don't let that make you suspicious. The lens arrived beautifully packed was obviously the 'proper' item. Brilliant, and emails answered quickly and politely.

Very good prices and quick delivery. Bought a Canon 5d mkiv for little note than half the UK price from most shops. It was delivered within a few days well wrapped and with no issues. Fantastic service.
