The advertised storage space was misleading, as no dimensions were stated and what i assumed to be length and width turned out to be square area and height. The height of the unit turned out to be 2100mm not the 2400mm advertised. A lot of personal information was collected as part of signing the agreement, was all this information necessary? If storage king is hacked and my personal information stolen I'll be very unhappy.

Excellent, helpful staff, high-level security (PIN access/cameras), and clean, dry, accessible facilities.

What an easy process. The staff are wonderful, helpful and understanding. The units clean and secure. Highly recommended.

Polite and professional

The team at Storage King Grey Lynn are always finding ways to accommodate storing my boat. Nothing is a problem for them which is very refreshing and rare these days. They even stopped two women from trying to steal my boat last year. Called me at the time and talked me through what happened. Contacted police with details (security footage etc) needed to locate them. Showed real care and concern for my property.
