Recently rented two storage units in Dafen, Llanelli. Very impressed with the facilities - very clean and professionally managed.
Massive thanks to Simon who helped us to choose and reserve the units. He and Dean are friendly, approachable and efficient. Both are a credit to Storage Giant. I was completely happy that our items would be well taken care of.
Honourable mention to Callum and Dan who, while not based in Dafen spoke with me on the phone and helped me to settle on Dafen as the best location for our needs.

From the start, Gemma has been brilliant. Friendly, professional, and always quick to respond.
First enquired about a storage unit to house some baby clothes and toys which were filling up the garage, had a very quick response from Gemma who gave me some information on sizes and prices, I didnt need the unit straight away and Gemma kept in contact throughout and made the process very simple and straight forward.
Great overall experience will definitely use the storage giant company again in the future.

After sales service with Ben and Vinh was absolutely fantastic. I love the clear procedures of communication about the processes, refund policy assistance and sign-off. I would definitely go back.

We’ve just rented a storage unit from Storage Giant and the whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. We requested a price through their website and Michael got back to us very quickly with a clear, all-in price, which was very reasonable. He also offered to show us some available units the same day.

When we arrived, Michael was already there waiting for us. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and had us signed up straight away with no hassle. We couldn’t be happier with the storage space, the price, or the service we received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I left my whole life in storage in Swansea from spring 2023 till December 2025 paying £220 a month. I paid the insurance, feeling secure in my property being safe indoors.
There was a flood in my locker!
Took videos, photos and filled out all the claim forms, only to be told by all the insurance companies detailed on their paperwork, no longer insure them!
This was confirmed after many emails, calls and visits to Storage Giant, ignored still to this day by their supposed claims team:
claims- at- storagegiant dot co dot uk

This 'team' is non existent, their insurance policy is non existent.
The public facing staff who work in their facilities are told to say, "sorry but the claims are nothing to do with us, we only have the same email address as you."
In their paperwork it states, the claims team will contact you within 10 days of forms being submitted by email.
They have failed to respond, despite the claims team being included in every email I have sent to the insurance underwriters on their paperwork amd website.
They will have seen these insurance companies clearly telling me they no longer insure them.
Still I have heard nothing from them, it's now nearly February 2026.
It's disgusting.
I'm now having to pay £200 to start a small claims court case to try and be compensated for the loss of my belongings.
SHAME ON YOU STORAGE GIANT!
