Absolutely didn't work for us. I sadly ordered two of these. To add insult to injury, my husband found a mouse sat on top of one of them, chewing away on some food. Each unit is surrounded by mouse poo. It's like they are saying 'these gadgets are poo!'. When I emailed about a refund, they wouldn't even give me an answer, just kept going on about working with us to find a solution. Eh? The solution is to get our money back. I'm guessing that's not going to happen, for us, or for you if you buy any. Coming to the horrible conclusion that this is a scam.

Per l’uso esterno è completamente inutile. Pubblicità ingannevole. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto.
Se vi serve per ambienti esterni, lasciate perdere: è totalmente inutile. Pubblicità ingannevole e prodotto da evitare.

In mei heb ik een bestelling geplaats en betaald. Er is niet geleverd. Er wordt ook niet gereageerd op mijn email. Ondanks herhaaldelijk mailen.
Toen ik zag dat het afleveradres niet klopte heb ik meteen gemaild. Het bedrijf gaf aan dat hun het goed door gegeven hadden en dat ik maar af moest wachten. Inmiddels meerdere emails verder niks geleverd en het bedrijf laat niet meer van zich horen.

OPLICHTERS. Ook ik ben opgelicht. Apparaat werkt helemaal niet. Ratten gingen ervoor zitten. Gemaild en na een tijd een mail teruggehad. Kon apparaat terugsturen en na ontvangst zou ik een nieuwe krijgen. De gemaakte verzendkosten kreeg ik meteen teruggestort. Geen nieuwe apparaat ontvangen en de retourkosten niet teruggestort. Niks noppes niks. Geen reactie meer ontvangen. Uitgegeven 63 plus 11 retourkosten. Ik wil iedereen waarschuwen. Koop daar niks. Het apparaat doet het helenaal niet. Ondanks hun beloften op Google. PURE OPLICHTING. TUIN ER NIET IN. ZET HET OP SOCIAL MEDIA. INSTANTIES WAARSCHUWEN. ZIJN ONELINE DIEVEN. Hoe kun je dit aangeven. Wie kan ons helpen om deze oplichterij stop te zetten en de oplichters op te pakken.

je remarque tous les avis très très négatifs.
j'en déduis que ce ne sont pas des avis de clients vérifiés, mais de l'intox en vue de salir un produit qui est jugé très efficace par de réels utilisateurs.

Ne fonctionne absolument pas, j ai demandée un remboursement plusieurs fois par mail et à chaque fois ont m explique comment faire fonctionner le boîtier à croire que nous ne savons pas lire une consigne. Bref 60€ de mis en l air je ne recommande absolument pas.

Bonjour, Payé et commandé déjà depuis plus de 9 jours, aucune réponse à mes mails, avec un suivi de la poste, qui attend le colis pour expédition, ça veut dire qu'il ne l'a pas envoyé, tout simplement, alors qu'être sensé livré dans les 48 heures... aucun téléphone pour appeller... aie aie aie...je me suis fait avoir comme un RAT ! je vous déconseille l'achat ..car si j'avais su, j'aurai lu les avis innombrables négatifs et me serai méfié avant ce stupide achat, que c'est une ARNAQUE ! et en plus, sur you tube, un professionnel de la dératisation, nous prévient que ça ne FONCTIONNE PAS ! car jusqu'à présent, personne ne lui a envoyé, ne fût ce qu'une simple vidéo, faisant fuir les rats, d'un endroit infesté !

Salve, purtroppo ho verificato che l'apparecchio non funziona e sono cmq riuscita a catturare il topolino utilizzando la solita colla spendendo molto meno.
Mi erano stati proposti apparecchi ad un prezzo inferiore che non ho considerato perchè pensavo che spendendo di più avrei ottenuto un risultato migliore.

Mi sono accorta appena purtroppo ho fatto il pagamento con la carta che è una fregatura clamorosa, non esiste un recapito per contattarli, hanno scimmiotato un van orton design che fa grafiche per le moto ma in realtà non mi arriverà mai e se invece dovesse arrivare ho letto troppo tardi tutte queste recensioni negative quindi presumo che non funzioni nemmeno.
Quindi vergognatevi a truffare le persone, vi segnalerò alla polizia postale.

Stare alla larga! Prodotto che non serve a niente, pagate tanto per una cosa che non funziona e poi non vi rimborsano nemmeno. Il problema dei topi si risolve con metodi tradizionali e basta. Trappole e veleno restano gli unici metodi per risolvere il problema.

Good customer service. Emailed a question to them and had a reply within 24 hours. 7 days from ordering to receiving. A bit more than I'd planned on spending, however I'm glad I bought it as it's done the job. Rat has vacated the shed.

I really didn't want to give them even one star but have no option. Bought a Stop Mouse Pro as believed their claim to it's success and being a British company. Both of which are totally incorrect. Customer service appeared helpful initially but after they asked me send the faulty one back - to France- I have heard absolutely nothing, no replacement or no refund and now no communication. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY _ A COMPLETE SCAM
