Lovely stones arrived on time
Lovely stones arrived on time . Products were meant to be at least 15mm in diameter- only 1 out of 3 met this criterion. The other 2 were smaller than expected.Would have been a 5 had the sizes been as advertised.

When i ordered my basalt pebbles, i was worried I wouldn’t receive them in time for my project, however, my worries were dealt with promptly by Stones4Gardens Team swiftly and got them delivered for my garden in time. The pebbles are so beautiful that I ordered 3 more. I would be shopping for any future pebbles/gravels from Stones4Gardens and highly recommend them too 🥹

We’re sorry to hear you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. We do our best to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Unfortunately, the issue arose because the address provided was incorrect, but we still processed a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and would appreciate a little understanding in situations like this. Thank you Karen
