They came quickly and were packaged expertly, nothing was broken and they were stacked in a neat way so the package wasn’t overly large. They are all perfect and beautiful I love them so much.
Love our Brasa Stoneware Set. They look nice, but not overly flashy nice, which was exactly what we were looking for. They were also great at replacing a bowl when we accidentally dropped it. Would... Zobacz więcej

A new package has been shipped out free of charge and you should have already received it
Unfortinatly UPS has lost the first package

Excellent Choice of Product
Was given one of their set of 16 stoneware for a wedding present 5 years ago. One of the bowls recently decided to break down the middle. It has lasted through two moves and I love this set so much. I reached out with little hope and asked if I could purchase a replacement bowl for this specific set. Luckily, they had some in stock and said they could do it. Bought, shipped, and received in less than a week. I am happy I could keep this set together for a bit longer. Would buy my next set from them.

Faulty wedding registry
Faulty wedding registry. I ordered a 24 piece dinner set from Stone + Lain of a wedding registry called Zola. Somehow the site allowed another guest to purchase the same. The couple doesn’t have room for a 48 piece set of dished. Stone + Lain only takes returns if there is a warranty issue. So now I’m stuck with 48 dishes that I don’t want and about $250 in the hole. I’m about to start a social media campaign warning people about purchasing from Stone + Laine on Zola. Something is very wrong with their operations.

I accidentally ordered the 8oz Espresso mugs. I had intended to order double walled 12oz. The 8oz don't hold the heat. I'll probably give them away.
