Great looking products, a bit pricey but the the copping stones, strings and caps look fantastic. The delivery was a week later than their confirmed delivery date and it meant I had to wait another month for my builders to be able to fit my build project in. However, goods arrived well wrapped and undamaged.

Straightforward in placing order, kept upto date re delivery. Arrived on given date and time. Really happy with the product.

Initially told delivery in 4-6 weeks but delivered 4 days later. Patio is down and looks good.

Good casting to produce a good pillar cap. No problem ordering. Delivery a bit extended but if not in stock, need time to cast and cure. Delivered by good transport Co on a pallet the likes I've not seen in ages. Might build garden shed with it! Bricky just finished and caps look great.

Ordered Regency Flat Wall Coping Stones and Pier Caps in Dry Cast Cream for my driveway wall and pillars — they look absolutely stunning once installed. Delivery took around 7 weeks, but the quality and finish made it well worth the wait.

Delivery and communication all ok however the actual casting of the copings I was expecting to be a lot better. One of the 6 I ordered was 3mm less overall width than the others which made matching it up impossible and another seemed out of square so the lines didn’t follow through at all. Considering they’re all cast the same I could only get 2 out of my 4 joints to match up acceptably. Quite annoying.

Very easy to order. I had regular delivery updates and the slabs arrived quicker than expected. The delivery company were excellent too and didn't just dump and run.
The price was exceptional. My only slight disappointment is the slabs showed yellow in the photos but they are definitely off white.

Great product as this is our second order
We only gave them 4 stars this time as it was 3 weeks to wait for order delivery
Couple months ago our first order took 2 weeks which is not bad but think 3 weeks bit long to wait
Also couldn’t get tracking info so had contact company to get them to tell me when delivery was to be means can’t plan when to start work needs done
If can get told definite date from start think it would be beneficial to customer
It’s a pity really as the product ( paving slabs ) were good quality
Also emails do get answered promptly

Please note:- I have not fitted the wall tops yet. When I have, I will comment on the quality/service with pictures.
