I ordered 20mm washed gravel thinking it would be clean. It was delivered by travis perkins in travis perkins bags. It wasn't washed gravel. I paid £110 per bulk bag when travis perkins sold the same stone for £42 per bulk bag. The person that I spoke to originally was not helpful in the slightest.

Delivery very good, slabs on pallet, well secured. Notified by email and phone call, delivery driver very polite. Slabs exactly what I ordered and no damage. Will buy from this company again without hesitation.

Excellent service, I spoke to James who was lovely responding to all my questions and queries. All items delivered very quickly the items were packed and delivered with zero damage. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quality of stone was excellent. Delivery was a little later than originally forecast but staff were easy to get hold of and end result was great.

I ordered an Olde York 1.8m half circle patio kit-worn limestone. The description stated that it offers a rustic, timeworn profile based on that of the original weathered york flagstones. The accompanying photograph matched the description. The actual cast concrete slabs had a bright white coating, nothing like the description. I rang customer services and was informed the slabs would change colour over time. The slabs must be handled very carefully or pieces break off leaving the concrete interior visible. The service was good the packaging and delivery were good.

Great company, very quick to despatch, the courier was a bit slow, had to ring up after a week to get a delivery date, the driver was great put the item just wear we wanted it.
