Very efficient service and delighted with my porcelain tile cleaner.

I used the online chat to get advice for which products to use on my Indian Sandstone patio. Jake was very patient and helpful, both asking me questions to ascertain details and responding very promptly.

Delivery the next day
The neat solution works well but doesn’t cover a wide area
The half strength is pretty good after soaking for an hour
More will be needed for a 20 m sandstone path about 1.5 m wide
But it definitely works well

I spoke to Jake Aldridge to enquire if the de icing product was safe for my Indian Sandstone drives and how much I would require he responded by email very quickly and assured me that product was ok for my Drives an to purchase a 5-10 size first

Product works very well on granite; protects and brings out the colours. Seller helped in deciding on this specific product and in getting the product to me. It is now my go to granite care product.

They provided the sample I reqd but when it didn't perform as I had hoped and informed them they offered no assistance or recommendations. It wasn't down to their product being faulty it just didn't work .

I only bought the trial size which was enough for one decent sized flag stone and it certainly enhanced the colour. Unfortunately I cannot afford to buy the full amount to treat all the flag stones in my garden.
