It was a very smooth and easy experience for us. Onur had been very professional and equally friendly. He was able to explain the process with ease and the various benefits for each plan. He had also advised me on my current life insurance. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humour, which made the process enjoyable for us. Would certainly recommend him every time!

We were put in touch with Chris from Stonebridge by our mortgage advisor. We needed some help to find a suitable decreasing life cover policy after buying our first home. We had some disclosures relevant to the policy and a unique occupation. Chris was excellent with communication throughout, and worked really hard to find us a policy that suited our needs at a reasonable price. He was also able to secure us individual life insurance policies for my wife and I, which were twice the value of, and cheaper than our existing life insurance policies.

Alix, the agent I dealt with, was incredibly helpful,talking me through all the options and explaining everything in depth (to someone who knew nothing at all to start with!), and also listening deeply to my situation and needs to make sure that her recommendations fitted what I was looking for. She helped navigate the paperwork and medical questions with ease, and was available to talk to when I needed her. Brilliant all round.
