Punctual and polite
Driver was punctual and replied very promptly to some questions I sent the day before. Driver (Ranjit) was polite and professional. car was huge - no problems fitting all my 4 luggage and golf bag plus 5 pax.

Friendly, reliable service and great value!
We booked a return transfer with Stonebank from our hotel near Glasgow airport to a wedding and back, about an hour and a half each way. The booking process was easy - at first I didn't feel like an online form was enough confirmation, especially as the wedding was such a long drive away, but a quick call to Stonebank put me at ease once they explained how the process worked, and I was pleased to see that the quote offered was much less than other places we had looked. Our first driver also gave us a call the evening before to confirm the pick up time and address the next morning, and we were able to confirm the pick up time with our second driver using the contact details provided when we booked. Both drivers (Brian and Muhammad) were very punctual and friendly and Brian pointed out plenty of sights in the countryside on the way to the wedding! All in all, great customer service from both of our lovely drivers and Jimmy, who we spoke to when booking. Very reliable service that we would highly recommend!

Disappointed
Booked a taxi for my elderly aunt to attend a wedding it was booked weeks in advance and they were given the correct address and post code yet still turned up at the wrong address, I'm extremely annoyed that dispite having all the correct information and leaving a old woman in her 80s stressing out about how she is going to get to the venue. Will not use again!!
Update!!!
I have now had a reply and they are saying they only had the post code which is utter garbage on booking I gave the full address and they said they tried to contact home address when I was at the wedding also the contact number was my own as my aunt doesn't have a phone!!
Excuses excuses when booking I gave name number street and postcode!!!

Many thanks for your review.
The pickup location we have is a postcode only (you can see this in the transfer confirmation email which was sent to William back in April on the day the booking was made). Also, when the driver arrived at the postcode supplied he attempted to contact your aunt on the mobile number supplied, on which there was no answer. He then contacted the office and we also attempted to contact her multiple times (and William on the landline number supplied) but to no avail. This went on until almost twenty minutes after the scheduled pickup time, at which point the driver was in contact with your aunt.
With further regard to the pickup location, our map data is provided by Google, and when an address is typed into the quotation form and this address isn't yet in its database (this typically occurs with new build housing) it will update it to the closest location it has. It does this at the very first point of the booking process, and you're given numerous opportunities to check and confirm the pickup location prior to completion (including the vehicle selection screen, the confirmation screen, the transfer confirmation email, and the page on our website for the transfer itself). Whenever this has occurred in the past there has been clear communication between either the client and the driver or the client and the office, but neither the driver or the office were informed of the address being incomplete.
If we are only supplied an incomplete pickup location and the primary passenger isn't answering calls on the number which we've been supplied (with the same being the case for the main client telephone number), it's unclear what we could have done to make this journey smoother for your aunt, and we feel that your review has been incredibly unfair.

Dear Linda,
As per your update, we can provide screenshots of what's on our system and in the email that was sent to William. We said we tried to contact both numbers supplied and there was no response on either. If it's your mobile number as the contact for the primary passenger you'll see calls from the driver and our 0330 number from 12:30pm onwards.
We ask for a number for the primary passenger so that our drivers can contact them. If a client provides a telephone number which does not go to the primary passenger (or any of the passengers travelling) the driver has no way to contact them. Additionally, if the main client telephone number is a landline where noone will be available to answer it then we have no way of contacting you whatsoever and are relying on you getting in touch with us.

Made getting to/from remote location easy
Needed transport to and from a remote wedding venue in the Borders from our home in Edinburgh and booked online with Stonebank. Each confirmed leg set out clearly the who we should expect to be driving us with full details. Both drivers confirmed by text and were on time. Vehicles were pleasant as were the drivers. Really satisfying to be spared the need for any further thought about transport, it was sorted. Thanks to both Oktay and Walid for getting us there and back safely :-)

Unreliable and left me nearly missing my flight
I booked at taxi for 3:30am from Glasgow to Edinburgh airport - well in advance and pre-paid over £100. At 3:30am the driver phoned to say he was running very late - 45 minutes late and advised me to get another taxi (great at 3.30am!) To cut a long story short, when I asked him why he was so late he said ‘Because the weather is very bad in Aberdeen’ (which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Glasgow). He then said ‘I have offered you a solution (he hadn’t) and you’re not willing to accept it and hung up on me. Luckily I managed to get an Uber. So tried to phone the company and no answer. Avoid this company. Not reliable at all. Waiting to hear back about a refund.

A member of our management team has been trying to contact you by telephone since 11AM yesterday morning. We were extremely disappointed to learn of how the driver treated you, it was beyond unprofessional, and we’re sincerely apologetic for their behaviour. This is not who we are as an organisation, and this driver is no longer working with us as a result of their conduct. This driver is Glasgow-based but out of greed had decided to take an additional fare from another organisation which took them up to Aberdeen without our prior knowledge. Had we been aware we’d have arranged another driver for your journey, and now our reputation has been tarnished by their actions.
We’ve issued a full refund of your payment, which our payment partner (Stripe) indicates will appear on the statement for your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Stressful
Unfortunately my return journey to airport was a very different experience from my arrival journey with a different driver.
Despite sending the driver the full address the day day before my journey, this wasn’t used. I got a call to say he had arrived. But he wasn’t at the correct location. I had to not only walk to the road but get someone to direct him to pickup location.
If full address had been used it would have lead to correct location.
The driver was friendly, however on way to Edinburgh Airport, I noticed via signage we were on route to Glasgow. I mentioned this to check we were in fact supposed to be going to Edinburgh, the driver informed me that he had missed a turn, and then came off motorway and turned in the opposite direction for Edinburgh.
Did not fill me with confidence, also car which collected me from airport two days prior was spotlessly clean, unfortunately this car was not.
