Fantastic product, great price, does what it says on the tin!

We've not got low pressure but fitting this shower head to our electric show has transformed having a shower to a neccessity to a relaxing experience.

Love it.

I really wanted to love my new showerhead as it promised so much and the reviews were great, but unfortunately, i really don't feel that it lives up to the hype.

It took a week from dispatch to delivery, which is no fault of Stone Stream, but it did state 'fast delivery'. A week for delivery didn't feel all that fast.

Anyway, I was looking forward to getting the new showerhead and when I tested it out, it did seem to improve the water pressure (not massively, but an improvement nonetheless). It looked like it was of good quality too. Unfortunately, it wasn't until i came to try it our properly that i realised the downsides. Admittedly, it did what it said on the tin, but the showerhead is half the size of a normal showerhead and therefor only a small section of water comes out (its more powerful, but half the size in coverage). I was cold. I didn't have enough water covering me when i showered. I also noticed that i had to crank the hot water up too. The balls in the unit seem to absorb the heat from the water and so i had to increase the hot water coming through.

I've had a few showers using it now and i'm still trying to love it. I'm torn between having a shower with better water pressure or a shower that gives better coverage and is warmer.

The jury is out .... but i suspect I'll be going back to my old showerhead. Not a bad product by any means, just not for me

My first order went missing. They did resend it and I received my new shower head. Unfortunately, I found the shower head head to be unsuitable. The pressure was abysmal compared to my old head. I tried each setting, but found there to be very little difference. I changed back to my old one. I don't understand how this can be more eco, when it takes so long to rinse soap from hair etc. A powerful shower rinses in seconds - I would have to be in the shower much longer with a StoneStream head.

Fantastic buy , if you have problems with irritation with your skin this item stopped it best purchase ever , it worked for me

Exactly what it says in the advertisement. Increased water pressure a fair decent ammount.
Water feels much cleaner to shower in. Leaves skin and hair feeling fresher and cleaner. The best shower head I have bought yet. Don't delay buy it and you won't regret it.

The shower head holes has atomised the water making it a mist.
I followed your procedure to request a refund and it has been a month now and still no reply, yet you responded very quickly to my review???

Absolutely love it. Powerful, great pressure, seems more powerful than my original nozzle. Just really love it. So glad I bought it, I never write reviews but I needed to for this one.

I really must say just how disappointed that I am. The shower head is marketed as being able to provide much more pressure than your current setup. This was my sole purpose for purchasing the shower head and all I can say is what a huge let down. I will be reattaching my old shower head when the filter stones run out.

Great shower head and has improved the power. Had an issue with 1st head delivered but spoke to customer service and a replacement was issued with no quibble. Excellent customer service.

You’re literally selling an item from Aliexpress that costs £5, pretending it’s your original product. Disgusting. Don’t even start on telling me those are fakes, it’s the same thing, just sold 5x more expensive.

Ordering process was not difficult and the product arrived well packaged and promptly.
We are very happy with both the quality and performance of our new shower head and would definitely recommend, in fact we have mentioned the product to a couple of friends already.

No more dribbling, weak showers since I installed this system. I have a water pressure only shower and live in a hard water area so went for the full kit. Very easy to install and now I have super strong showers (and I don’t need to turn the taps on full) also with the hard water filter combined with the stone stream shower head I’m not using as much product when bathing as the water is softer.
I do change the stones and filters about 8-9 months apart as there is only me most of the time and I don’t used as many litres.

don’t get why they have such average reviews….. shower head works. What more do people want….

Takes some heat out of the water, however the pressure is far better and I feel very refreshed after taking a shower. I am a very happy customer! I don’t understand why I need to replace the stones periodically?

Useless. I am asking for a refund but not getting anywhere fast. I said it doesn't spray straight and I get a response saying "what do I mean it sprays straight? It's meant to do that. Am I holding it in the right angle?" 🤦‍♀️
(I double checked my email it clearly says it sprays in all random directions but straight)

Makes zero difference if anything the water flow was worse, chucked it in the bin and went back to the old shower head

Works for me 🤗 prefer setting 3 has a good blast of water covering me all over much better than a standard shower head.

The shower is not nearly as powerful as before and you have to have it hotter than with a normal head. So the advert is somewhat misleading. We have a relatively expensive shower so the type of shower system is not the problem.
Rest seems OK

I was very excited to receive my new shower but I must say I was disappointed.. I felt the video showed a much powerful shower and to be honest it is not much different to old one so I did feel some what mislead
