Excellent customer service and superb showerheads.

Delivery has always been swift, and the website is laid out well so that ordering the correct product is quite simple. The tips for servicing the product (sent by email) were super useful. I have not needed to contact customer services, but I feel sure that any issues would be sorted promptly and courteously. Stone Stream offer good discounts and a friends referral reward too. Top notch!

I am disappointed and am filing a complaint. The product received was not that advertised. Also it does not function as advertised. This is a scam/fraude. Do not buy. I wrote them about my product and they refused to respond or grant a refund.

We've had one of these before and bought another one since moving house as the new shower isn't very powerful. Using this has greatly improved the power of our shower. We love it!

This shower head is a little disappointing if I'm honest. The water pressure hasn't improved one little bit. I have mine on the 2nd setting which is the central fast jet surrounded by the fine mist. The problem I have with this is that the fine mist goes cold before it hits your skin. The only good thing about this is the stones which soften the water meaning my hair washes and dries better.

Cheap plastic rubbish that hasn't worked since day one.
Water sprays in all directions.
They sent a replacement.
My water bills haven't reduced either so that was a lie.
The filter doesn't fit my shower. They agreed to give me a refund but never did, even though i asked several times by email.
The only good thing is the water pressure has improved and there's a lot less limescale.
Wouldn't buy again.

Bought for our motorhome as the pressure from the 12v pump was useless, this has fixed the problem brilliantly.
As good as our shower at home now.

Cheap nasty rubbish! We ordered two after reading the “reviews” but it reduced our water pressure and we had to run around the shower to get wet!!! Had to put our old shower head back on! Then trying to get out money back was a joke with emails offering us solutions such as removing stones and replacements all a ploy to take us to the 30 days money back guarantee! Thankfully we got a full refund! Definitely a very cheap plastic shower head and not worth the money.

Bought this after reading other reviews. There is a marginal improvement in pressure but not significant enough to write home about.

Having a shower with softened water (we haven't been able to fit a water softener for the whole house)
has certainly been good for my skin and hair with appreciable results. The Stonestream has been in place for several weeks now but it's too early to comment on how effective I think it is over the long term. At some point the beads will need to be replaced, won't they.

Previously bought the original stone stream with multi functions and was very impressed. Decided to upgrade to the fan model and it’s absolutely rubbish in comparison. As a returning customer I thought the customer service experience was pretty poor. I have been requesting my options to exchange as the original shower head is fantastic and the fan model is worse than the Asda smart price unit I used temporarily to replace!

Sadly the product is frankly awful despite the glossy advertising. Tried it and absolutely no difference to the water pressure, and if anything worse. Imported from China for what I can make out about a fiver a unit and marked up 5 fold. Why the blatant dishonesty and false advertising?

Made a very poor water pressure vastly improved, seems a good quality product. Shower head is heavier as water sits in it. Impressed so far, just took a while to arrive after ordering it.

These shower heads are definitely not worth money at all. After going through 2 heads, both heads were only on for 6 months before both breaking. Cheap and tacky.

I was dubious about this showerhead, but I couldn't have been more wrong, it's absolutely brilliant. It has three different spray settings, one of which is really powerful. I love it and will be ordering another one for my ensuite.
