Please do not misunderstand what they advertise, as you can't get hold of them. I have paid £79.00 for four BOSS T-shirts but have only received 2. When I tried to check my order to make sure, the link did not work anymore. These people make fool of you to take the money and then never want to know you. Please order from any other well-known website. Also it took almost 3 weeks for me to get the incomplete order as it says you will get in 3-4 days

Not even worth a star, fake website and fake products so not trut or buy anything from them. Very very cheap Chinese made cloth. Very lousy or none existent customer service.

This is a scam! No return, no refund. No legal person behind. Chip, fake product, not a patch of the real one!

Ordered a pack of two Hugo Boss for £59! Took 3 weeks to arrive the quality of the materials are arguably the worse I had seen for a premium brand! Id have been as well burning my money.Size is small for XXL but don't buy people it's a con.

This company is an absolute joke ! Am still waiting after 2 months for 2 shirts which they now say were delivered to me last week!
My cameras never picked them up and my neighbours never saw anyone!!!

Absolute disgrace and so mad at myself for ordering the Hugo Boss Sneakers. They are so cheap, really bad fake quality. You'll be emailing Sophia, AI BOT, You have to fill in a long tedious format to attempt to process a return. Never came across this bullshit before and wish I read these reviews first. Don't waste your time or money because you'll be very disappointed!

Please don’t purchase anything from this company as you will discover what nightmares are.The worst company I have honestly come across,Full of lies.I also spoke to a lady via email called Sophia & told they couldn’t recognise my email & yet they sent me a invoice on the same email.My credit card company is dealing with this issue & hopefully I should get my money back.DO NOT BUY!!!

As I have read the reviews .I am of the same opinion. I have tried by numerous emails to cancel but they insist there is no such order.I had confirmation email when I ordered and forwarded it to Sophia
and she insisted it didn't exist on there system. My advice is never go near this company it's a joke. I paid through Shopify and I think they should do something about this.

Paid approx £56 for trainers.
Didn’t even come in a box.
Poorly wrapped and squashed.
Hardly any sole to them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Terrible service and product. Took weeks to arrive, when you chase they just keep sending you the same email over and over, the actual quality of the jumpers i bought are terrible, so so bad. Fake rubbish!

Please don't buy from them what a joke, paid extra to get them quicker 3-4 days still havnt arrive 7days later, took 3 payment off of me saying I order 2 extra one. Now don't reply to my emails £161 out of pocket. I'm not finished with them!!!!!!!. UPDATE 25TH OF JUNE AND STILL WAITING FOR MY POLO SHIRTS WASTE OF TIME BULL SHIT WITH THEIR EMAILS ETC ETC. No refunds, only a credit note which I won't want to use on fake products.

Displayed fake reviews from TrustPilot so this is a lesson for me...always go on TrustPilot independently to get the truth.

And you have the cheek to answer my bad review saying you are sorry and you will sort it out for me. What a joke!

Please take my advice and avoid any dealings with these theives !! I bought some items from this company in good faith, paid and never received products only to be told they hadn't received order ?

an absoulte joke, received pair of trainers and complete shambles. very poor quality trainers and obviously fake crap from china. completely different from the pictures they use on site. this place should be shut down. would never advice anyone to buy this crap from them. i wouldnt even put them in a charity shop. zero star from me. process of refund is jump through hoops, instead of getting return address. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I unfortunately fell for this scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER !! You will,if you receive your item,be sent something of very poor quality. It didn’t take me long after the trainers eventually arrived to realise I had purchased something I would never wear. They went straight into the bin !! They do not reply to emails.They do not offer a full refund only a voucher to purchase more poor quality items. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE SOME MONEY.

Fake fake fake the worst Trainer I have ever purchased I was tricked into thinking they were Hugo Boss I have reported them to Boss official website and will be contacting my bank. I have tried to get a returns label but keep getting fob off please do not purchase anything they even lie on the website saying that they have 4.5 in trust pilot
Follow up I have tried to email like you said and still I was ignored and no returns label and excuse not to return my money!!

Totally scam. Avoid them. They advertise "buy 2 for one", but the send only one item. Moreover, it is poor quality fake clothes! And they are not responsive. There is only one email address and no phone number.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS. QUALITY OF PRODUCT IS POOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, BASICALLY A SCAM.
