Projects don't save, and support doesn't respond
I contacted support about a serious issue: my projects stop saving properly, and I lose hours of work as a result. It's been a while now and I still haven't received any response. No follow-up, nothing — the problem is completely unaddressed.
On top of that, there are several smaller bugs. For example, the instructions/data shown in the pattern file don't match the title — they only update if you restart the program. But restarting causes the project not to save, so you're stuck choosing between outdated info or losing your work.
For a paid tool that people rely on for hours of work, this lack of responsiveness and unresolved data-loss bug is really disappointing. I'd love to give a better rating, but right now I can't recommend it until these issues are fixed and support actually responds.
