Stirlingkit Recenzje

Easy to assemble by carefully following supplied instructions.
Adjustments fairly simple for smooth operation.
Spirit burner works, but hard to control, so I made a gas burner conversion which raises steam quicker and is controllable. The gas burner also runs the engine for a full boiler of water.
Would like to see gas burner options for sale with the kit.
Lots of fun, runs great!

I contacted Stirlingkit after experiencing difficulties fitting a bearing to the crankshaft of the RW-BL1K model engine kit. After some troubleshooting via email, Stirlingkit suggested the best solution to the problem would be for them to supply me with a completely assembled crankshaft. I was more than happy with this and am now awaiting the assembly to arrive.

Great price and great resolution to initial hardware iproblems.

I ordered the tool kit and when it arrived the electric screwdriver was inoperable. Mona took care of my situation and made me see that this is a very good company that will go the extra mile for a customer.
Thank You Mona

I found a new hobby - building engines. It's a really fun activity and very interesting for children to watch. After building a steam engine, I explained to the children in a lively lesson how it works, and there was also an electric generator connected, which turned on the light bulb! I will buy a constructor every Christmas!

Ordered a PT-6A engine kit. One part was broken when it was opened. I sent a note to the company. Although it took a few days, they sent the part and I am very happy with the kit.

La compra fue bien y las especificaciones de cada opcion, claras (empaquetados , envio , etc

Pero la entrega estuvo retrasada en 8 dias, lo cual es el doble de lo que decía la opción (de 5 a 7 dias) que contrate.

Excellent seller and top-notch customer service, fast shipping, perfect.

I have been trying to contact this Company about missing parts in my v8 kit. Ever time I try a stinking advertisement covers the page. I would never buy anything from these guys again.

Ordered the Mad Dog V8 engine model kit, spent extra for faster shipping. I ordered it and received it in a week. I had a personal shipping issue with GoFo due to my apt's gated area but Stirlingkit gave me the info to track it down and GoFo was able to complete the delivery. I emailed Stirlingkit on the weekend and got a response the following Monday.

I am writing this review to formally report a serious problem with stirlingkit.com.

I purchased a helicopter with a total value of USD 2,000 more than three months ago, and the product has never been delivered.

Since the purchase, I have contacted their customer service almost every day through id Martin Every time, they respond with the same excuse, saying that the product will be shipped “next week”, but nothing ever happens.

After three months, there is no tracking number, no shipment confirmation, and no solution. This behavior demonstrates lack of professionalism, lack of transparency, and total disrespect for the customer.

This is a high-value purchase, and the continuous false promises strongly suggest bad faith or extremely poor business practices.

If this situation is not resolved immediately, I will take serious legal actions, including hiring lawyers and reporting this case to international consumer protection authorities.

I strongly advise other customers to be extremely careful before purchasing from this company.

Entreprise très sérieuse, rapide et efficace. Très bonne communication, à l'écoute du moindre problème concernant les produits vendus. Je recommande à 200%.

I've ordered quite a few items from Sterlingkit and I've been very happy withe the quality, packaging and shipping provided. However, living in USA has strained my patience on shipping and receiving products from China, due to the asinine tariffs imposed by our US president. These tariffs and my own suspicious nature, resulted in pestering Mona, a customer sales consultant, far too often to considered an inquiry. More like an inquisition. I've noted some comments here from other customers and want to say, therr are obvious tensions between countries right now and plenty of doubt and suspicion to go around. But at the end of the day we are all just people trying to make a living and survive. Sorry for being a stinker Mona. Great job TeamStirlingkit. Happy Holidays

Excellent produit, reçu sans problème, emballage solide, suivi bien fait, contact par mail avec Mona très rapide. L'ensemble très PRO.

Their communication is excellent and product was well packaged and shipped promptly. Everything they promised, including duty-free was delivered. I’ve sent placed a couple other orders which arrive quickly as well.

I bought the Beam Engine. Unfortunately the parcel came open in the post and a small item went missing. This was soon replaced and I now have a beautiful working steam engine. Many thanks

The steam engine kit was even better than I expected. The quality of the parts is exceptional; everything is precision machined and perfectly finished. It is the most true to an actual steam engine operation that I’ve found! The valve gear is complex and allows forward, stop, and reverse engine operation. There are many very small parts to handle so caution during assembly is required to avoid dropped or lost parts. The engine does create some condensation during operation so be prepared to collect some liquid during operation. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and recommend this kit to any model steam engine enthusiast!

Such a fun kit. Top notch quality. Looking forward to my next one.
