Service has been excellent, high standard of finish, prompt deliveries & easy to follow instructions. My current build DM229 Origonal Automobile is missing a drive shaft number 68

Je trouve la Société Stirlingkit à l'écoute de ses clients, jai acheté un moteur V2 Cion, je ne l'ai pas encore fait fonctionné , mais je pense qu'il n'y aura aucun problème, je suis certain que s'il y devait y avoir un problème, ils seront là pour me dépanner.

Alles was in der Beschreibung von Stirling kit beschrieben ist entspricht voll und ganz dem was ich erfahren konnte. Die Lieferung war auf den Tag genau. Die Verpackung war ebenso perfekt. Der ganze Modellmotor bzw. die ganzen Teile zum Motor sind in ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Teile haben höchste Passgenauigkeit. Ich kann die Firma nur bestens weiterempfehlen.

I have purchased two RTF helicopters through Fly Wing and have been pleased with the craftsmanship, quality and ease of use. My recommendation would be to find a native English speaker to author the instruction manuals—while not an impediment to achieving flight, the phraseology can be challenging. Hell, give me a free chopper and I’ll re-write them for you!

Ik heb twee bouwdozen bij Stirlingkit gekocht:
Retrol SE-03 stoomm. en Teching eerste auto DM229
De levertijd van de stoommachine was 2 weken van de auto 2 maanden.
Bij beide bouwdozen was er een probleem met een onderdeel met constructiefout.
Ik heb dit per mail gemeld met bijvoeging van duidelijke foto's, na weken wachten en het sturen van een herrinneringsmail krijg ik eindelijk een antwoord met de vraag om een video ??? van de defekte onderdelen te maken en door te sturen.
Ik heb dan mijn geduld verloren en een mail teruggestuurd dat ze bedankt zijn voor de moeite en dat ik wel zelf de nieuwe onderdelen zal maken.
Stirlingkit heeft nadien een mail terug gestuurd met de melding dat het om een misverstand ging en dat de defecte onderdelen zo vlug mogelijk zullen geleverd worden.

The price and quality are great! The communication is very detailed and well written. The assembly has easy to follow directions. The pieces are well machined and fit together perfectly.

I love these folks, sometimes it seems like they forgot me or my emails are not getting through to them but they are very busy and they have to wait on the factory for the parts I need so it's hurry up and wait, I understand.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEY’RE TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME AFTER I PUT IN MY ORDER!!! I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. I’VE HAD TO CONTACT MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO FILE A FRAUD COMPLAINT!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I had emailed Stirling that my displacement lubricator didn’t have a hole in the center piping to allow the oil to enter the steam and they said they would replace the part and then I’ve never heard back from them. So as of now my steam engine isn’t running so I don’t know if they still plan on warranty out the faulty part or not

I have used this company three times buying flywing products , and in my experience Stirlingkit always gives you good value and if you have any problems after sales are very good

I have already left a review for the products that I purchased. This review is for the pre-sale and after-sale customer service I have received from Stirling kit! During the pre-order up to me receiving my order I was communicating with Mona multiple times and she is by far the best customer service person I have ever communicated with from any company!!!!!!!!!! She is outstanding and seems to be an amazing person. I also communicated with an after- sale person Martin. He also provided outstanding service for a technical question and replacing incorrect part that was sent to me in my order.

I ordered a full kit of the HM-01, cart, wheels, electric kit, generator and torque driver. No wheels were in the kit. Stirlingkit are just ignoring me. Very disappointed with the service.

Great service and great products. I have been doing business with Stirlingkit for 8 years and I have always had a good experience and no complaints from me.

Stirlingkit lies , and scams , I bought a RC HELICOPTER did not come with the 2 batteries as ordered . They kept saying its on its way . Well its not " on its way " they keep with lies , after lies , after lies .

I’ve ordered two items so far from you. The first one was the three blade fan. I haven’t built it yet because I’m from the old school of Heath Kit days. The only paperwork provided in the kit was a double sided single page sheet. The QR code was for an instruction video. Bad idea! I would much prefer a printable instruction book instead. Trying to watch a video as an instruction book is not for me. Please do it the right way.

Although the products are very good and reasonably priced, I've had several delivery issues. Items not received, etc. It seems that, as I live in an apartment, their shipping department is incapable of getting the address correct, especially apartment/ unit number. Twice the driver has had to call me. Twice, never received, tracking says "undeliverable, disposed of". Every time, I've ensured that the address on my account is complete and correct.

Stirling kit is amazing company I had few issues and they responded with solution very fast same day.I would highly recommend their products high quality with great warranty. THIS is company that will shop in future for my hobbies.
