I paid for my engine over two weeks ago and it still has not been sent.

Really fast delivery, kit looks amazing, really detailed and well made. I' really looking forward to building and running. This will not be my only purchase from Stirling Kit!

The single piston engine worked really well. It enabled me to construct my experiment with ease.
I didn't need the light bulb to do my experiment, but it didn't work anyway. I even tried it with batteries and it still didn't work.
The piston engine is so well designed that I will definately shop at StirlingKits again, and as soon as possible.
The delivery time was perfect, and the box arrived in perfect condition.

No seal on the box. Box has sign's off being opened before. Disappointing as this feels secondhand. Just had a disgusting reply of "ENJOY" Im never coming back. Sarcastic

Got a Toyan engine that came with a defective CDI. Notified Mona in the Service dept, received an almost immediate response and not only a replacement, but an upgraded was included with my next order of accessories. Thank You Mona

I have purchased a few engine's and other item's. Excellent communication along with great assistance with any problems i had.
Shipping time frames are bit long, But are on par with rest of world.
I always strip the engines down to check and clean up any bures left from machianing etc, Reassemble with the correct torque settings. The quality is often very good.

Well in April I ordered a JCZK HELI and got to wondering whats taking so long to ship. I contacted them and Martin explained that they were waiting for a chip to install. I'm in no rush, want a functional helicopter and Martin explained everything and I'm the proud owner of one killer helicopter.when curious nothing is more satisfying than simply understanding! Just ordered another heli and I trust Stirlingkit.. George.

The Retrol HM-01 hit and miss engine was a pleasure to assemble. The assembly instructions and photos were excellent. Every part (even the screws) were precision-made and fit together perfectly. After adjusting the breaker points, it started and ran like the real thing. I’m looking forward to the cart for the finishing touch.

Ordered Schweizer helicopter 10th April. Didn't realise it was out of stock and would take so long as it turns out there was a problem supplying chips. However, Mona kept me informed with always prompt polite replies. When it came into stock it took only 8 days to get to England despite standard delivery, arriving today.
The product looks fantastic. Really great quality and I'm looking forward to flying it. So despite the supply issue, I thought customer service was good, especially expediting delivery and the product well worth waiting for.

EDIT du 30/05 : Tres mauvaise expérience d'achat et politique "particulière" ce qui ne veut pas dire que ça n'aurait pas pu bien se passer mais ...
Starlingkit vend des produits qu'ils laissent supposer en stock mais qui ne le sont pas forcément. Commande pour 1600 $ d'un article le 30 avril. Le site entretenait l'ambiguité et prétendait des "stocks bas" pour ce produit mais promettait les expéditions pour fin avril. Ok, nous sommes justement fin avril, l'article n'étant pas disponible sur les autres sites à l'instant T, je le commande en connaissance de cause et accepte de le payer au passage 200 $ plus cher qu'ailleurs. Le temps passe. De fil en aiguille et plusieurs mails plus tard, l'expédition est retardée au 25 mai, puis encore repoussé d'une hypothétique semaine. A 1600 $ la commande, je commence à prendre peur et ne suis plus en confiance. Litige Paypal. Quelques jours plus tard, starlingkit m'informe que l'article est enfin disponible mais me fait désormais du chantage à l'expédition : pas d'expédition tant que le litige est ouvert ! Paypal, contacté au téléphone, est très clair sur le sujet : un litige fermé ne peut plus être réouvert et l'acheteur perd toute protection. Compte tenu du montant de cette commande, Ils m'invitent fermement à ne surtout pas faire ça. Je refuse donc catégoriquement. Starlingkit a alors annuler la commande purement et simplement ! Paypal m'a remboursé le lendemain.

Je ne peux pas prétendre que je n'aurais pas été remboursé si je n'avais pas utilisé paypal, pas plus que je n'aurais pas été livré si j'avais accepté de clôturer le litige ! Toutefois à des sommes de cette importance, on ne joue pas avec le feu et c'est ce que starlingkit semble vouloir/pouvoir ne pas comprendre ou simplement ne pas pouvoir faire autrement !

Decision pour le moins surprenante ! Dans tous les cas, une fois un litige ouvert, les frais sont à la charge du vendeur. Annuler cette commande est donc incompréhensible, si ce n'est peut-être pouvoir servir un autre client en attente parce qu'ils commandent peut-être leurs produits au fil de l'eau.

En résumé, attention à la disponibilité réelle des articles proposés sur ce site et à des prix souvent bien supérieurs que sur d'autres. Quoi qu'il en soit Paypal est une sécurité incontournable pour ce genre de commande.

Tout ça laisse supposer une petite structure. Pas de problème avec ça dans le fond, sauf qu'à des montants importants, l'acheteur ne se sent pas en sécurité/confiance, ce qui est primordial avec des achats en ligne et c'est encore plus vrai quand les sommes sont importantes.

Why does every product review on Stirlingkit have 5 stars but all the negative comments on other review platforms. Are they restricting negative comments? Cuz they could also give feedback on the official website which is more convinient than searching for other platforms to give honest feedback. Isn't transparency a crucial factor? (Same on youtube review videos from their partners). Is it even possible that every single person on Stirlingkit.com are 100% satisfied? Or are insiders giving feedback on their own cuz every positive feedback on Stirlingkit.com is detected as 100% ai generated (you can test it on quillbot ai detector). Why do they have to do that? just to gain trust and make customers fall in an illusion? Am concerned as i recently ordered a product and now i see all negative comments for Stirlingkit.com. is it been proven? or has anyone taken legal actions? If Stirlingkit fails to provide appropriate reasoning or i experience same difficulties or scam, am taking legal procedures. Hope it's not like that.
