I ordered the Stikins labels for my children on 31st August, hoping I'll receive them before school starts (which was always the case for over 10 years) but I still haven't received after more than a week.. Maybe it's Royal Mail's fault..but I think I'll order with another company next time.

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. You ordered on Sunday 31st and we posted your labels on Monday 1st Sept by Royal Mail's first class service.
We advise customers on our website and in our confirmation emails that first class post can take up to seven working days to arrive - it simply depends on Royal Mail's service levels in your area and we have no control over items once they enter Royal Mail's system.
We use first class post because it allows us to offer free delivery to our customers. While we could use a guaranteed next day service, this would cost more and we would need to share this cost with our customers. We do not feel that this is worthwhile as 92% of first class mail arrives within two working days.
You are, of course, free to order your labels from wherever you wish but it is worth bearing in mind that many companies use Royal Mail, which means the same delivery time applies.
If you do not receive your order in seven working days (on/by 10th September), please get in touch to let us know and we'll be happy to assist you further. We can be reached at info@labelplanet.co.uk.

I have been using Sitkin labels for a few years & find them excellent. They are easy to use - just stick on the label of the garment. They can be removed easily once the garment is disposed of. They do not come off in the washing machine either - result all round. Highly recommend - not just for children’s items but adults too!

The best stickers which can be used on anything
I have been purchasing these for a few years and by are the best labels ever. Kids uniform has been washed repeatedly and the labels have stayed put! I have tried others in the past including iron on ones but these are the best and I’ve recommended to others. Fab for labelling pretty much anything not just clothes. Delivery is quick and ordering is seamless.

As a visually impaired person, I find labelling anything is difficult. Stikins name labels are brilliant. The website is really easy to navigate, and once I had created and ordered the labels, they arrived within three days. The labels are self adhesive, just peel and stick.

Convenient Labels and Super Service
I've just bought these labels for my granddaughter, about to start school, as I did for my grandson 3 years earlier (and re-ordered). My daughter loves them. So easy to use and they really stick, through all the washing and hand-me downs. Over the years only a couple have come adrift. So quick to label, especially last minute when you're in a hurry to get to school, and so useful for non-clothing items too. Super quick delivery and no fuss.

Highly recommended
These labels are brilliant! They stick to anything including shoes, bottles and bags etc they can go in the washing machine or dishwasher and will never come off. I have used them for years and would not use anything else.
