I did the Trial Hosting and was surprised about how fast a working server was up with the exact modpack and version me and my friends were having a hard time installing on other hosting providers servers, either because you had to upload all the server files yourself or the modpack was not supported. After the Trial I was able to transfer every second of progress that was made on the free trial and the whole world onto a proper server with a single click. It was honestly the easiest server setup for a modpack I have seen. The support is quick and very friendly. The upgrade service, where a service member will take the task of updating the data and modpack to a new version without me lifting a finger was great as well.

All in all I am very impressed with the services and support and despite a higher price in comparison to some other platforms, I will continue using Stickpiston simply because of this great experience. The website itself could be a little less cluttered, the client site which you manage your server from is fine. This is what customer service looks like, would recommend to everyone looking for modpack minecraft hosting. 10/10 Thanks to the Stickpiston team.

Set up was easy and fast. When I sent emails asking questions they replied in a very reasonable time frame. I only needed my server for one billing cycle, and cancellation was just as fast and easy as set up.

Happy was amazing, identified and had fixed my issue in minutes over chat. Originally I had just messaged to check if the server connection problem was a known issue ir if it was me breaking it messing with mods! Happy looked into and saw the error and offered to try to fix it without me needing to raise a ticket. The fix worked and I am back playing again (but leaving messing with that particular entity well alone!)

StickyPiston is an S-tier Minecraft server hosting service I've been using for about 7-8 years now. I've used them for a variety of things, including survival, modded and creative servers, mapmaking, event hosting and plenty more.

One of StickyPiston's best features is their customer support. They are very quick and extremely knowledgeable, and have never failed to solve my problems, no matter how niche. One time, I remember spending hours trying to track down one extremely weird and niche bug that was crashing my server when I was playing around with mods. After I gave up trying to figure it out, I contacted support, and they responded in literally about 10 minutes saying they'd found the problem, along with a clear and detailed explanation of what happened and how to fix it. Customer support can't get much better than that.

Another great feature they have is their control panel. For less technical people, it's got a lot of easy-to-use features which still grant you lots of customisation for your server. But for more technical users, they basically let you have full control over everything through FTP / Multicraft. I've never felt restrained with what I'm able to do with my servers.

Their servers are extremely stable and reliable; I've never had any problems with outages, connection or lag.

Overall very high quality product from a company I trust. Would strongly recommend.

was in full panic when my word was crashing but the support i got was vary helpful and understanding of my freaking out thay talked me through what thay where doing to fix the problem in gave me a command that will help if it happens again 10/10 would crash again
