Very pleased with their block management service, since switching in 2017. James and Riley have been attentive, quick to respond and just generally very helpful. A completely different level of service to that received from the previous national company.

I have used Stevenson Whyte as a landlord, using their full management service for more than 10 years and more recently their sales service to sell my property. We have had a few ups and downs along the way but they have always been sorted out quickly and fairly. Jennie handled the sale of the property and did so efficiently, keeping me informed and updated. I can highly recommend them in both areas as well as the fact the service they provide is very good value for the money.

Great company; manage the building of our flat. Deal with all issues in great manner and timing couldn't ask for more! Riley in particular was a great help with a recent maintenance issue!

Everything ok during the tenancy, they've been helpful when needed.
Unfortunately the situation it's been quite different after we got out from the apartment, as we cleaned and left it in better conditions than we found it but they still charged us a £140 bill for additional cleaning.

Plus, it took them more than 2 months to pay us back the deposit, which only came after several requests, bad reviews, and finally contacting the owner.

Quite disapponted, I'm not giving one star only for the initial service.

I've got a very bad experience with this agency, they didn’t pay the deposit back for more than two months!

They also charged us 140£ for the cleening fees, even if when we got in the flat wasn’t really clean and we left it in perfect conditions.

Stevenson Whyte have addressed the many challenges that inevitably come with a recent take over from a longstanding previous Management Company. They have dealt with the additional challenges created by the Covid Pandemic with polite efficiency and an aim to give the best service possible in uniquely-challenging times. We are looking forward to continuing a mutually-agreeable successful working relationship in the future and benefitting from their modern working practises and expertise.

My daughter and I have been dealing with some long-term issues recently regarding our home. Due to our previous management constantly ignoring our requests, everything we had asked for had gone unattended. We have experienced months of questionable stress trying to chase simple questions that could be answered in minutes and it simply wasn’t good enough.

We had never heard of Stevenson Whyte prior the takeover of management and had little hopes due to the last two years. I am happy to say that recently, I have been communicating back and forth with a lovely gentlemen,Ryan, who has been an absolute angel in getting this sorted. Our home is going to be put on the market soon and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received in the past two months. Many thanks.

We first hired these good folks circa August 2017 ish to value and sell our leasehold business premises, which one of the fine gents called James did within 7 months...for a very acceptable 5 x figure sum.

The process was efficient and straightforward throughout for us and the buyer throughout, with James being an honest and sincere (very important, considering some of the #other big name business selling agents/brokers out there who were far less so) go-between middle-man.

- Renting in a regional City Centre
Currently during 2019 however, once again #StevensonWhyte this time through a youngster couple of staff members, Jennie and particularly Master William, have been #very courteous and #helpful in securing (literally within 24-48 hour) repairs for key maintenance issues such as #LeakingPipes to faltering #HeatAlarms within the short term rental property we've leased for a few months here.

- Separately, my family had also asked Master William for details regarding the #landlord and #maintenance support packages their firm may offer, (as we're looking to secure 2-4 properties, as things stand, to #rent out in the near-medium future around the North) which again William was very efficient to the mark with also.

Of the 4-5 different property agencies we've dealt with in recent times, #StevensonWhyte (with particular emphasis on team members William and Jennie, really stand out for us) really stands out as one of the top 2 agencies Mom and I would be comfortable in entrusting new business to...and hopefully heavens allowing, we'll be able to do so again, for mutual benefit, very soon in the future.

- 5 stars out for the Staff members customer service & simplicity of the admin aspects.

As above really, sold my property and helped me to search for a buy to let. Quick to respond, and always did/do. Achieved a good price for me, quickly, and kept me informed throughout the sale. The buy to let property is being managed closely by them, and again i'm kept up to date. I don't have anything negative to say about them.
