Agree with all the other reviews - their bathroom fans are useless and I literally spent nearly a year trying to return it and get my money back dealing with the rudest, most hopeless man supposedly in their 'customer service' which they haven't got a clue about and shouldn't be allowed to trade. We tried various ways to fix it but it's just a load of junk and none of his suggestions worked. I agreed to a replacement in the end as he would not refund and then he never sent one out. Avoid like the plague

Have been dealing with the uk company and have never dealt with such a ridiculous company. They have a contact number which always comes up with a pre recorded message stating that they are busy. Replies via emails take days and they use an utterly useless delivery company (EVRI) so my item was left at the front of my property which EVRI decided was my safe location. I had actually paid extra for the 24 hour delivery and confirmed this by the amount paid however STERR UK insisted that normal postage was selected even when sent the documentation proving it was otherwise. Anyway this error meant that the item was posted whilst I was not at home and left where anyone walking past could see it and take it. I got home to find no parcel where it had been left and got in contact with STERR to get this sorted. As I had noticed the fan I had ordered was out of stock and this was for a customer I got a replacement from somewhere else and got in touch to get a refund. Days between emails, telling me that the item was delivered and offering no resolution I have finally ended up having to go to my bank to get my money back. Would avoid this company until they work out their customer service and learn about Consumer Rights Act 2015

The extractor motor is not powerful enough to lift the plastic flaps on the external wall cover so the fan is pretty but absolutely useless at £50 a complete waste of money

I purchased 3 premium extractor fans with the humidity sensor (£70 a pop!). Unfortunately, the website lacks of a proper datasheet available to download and the product page lacks of basic specs (ei Static Pressure Vs Airflow), essential info to design a "fit for purpose" duct run.
I reached out to the tech support but they didn't help me getting the info I needed but instead linked me the product page (very lazy).
I will likely return them because I don't think we should reward such behaviour and poor documentation.
