Staff were very helpful changing delivery dates when we decided to buy more furniture. Delivery guys were excellent and helped my wife put felt pads on the feet before moving the furniture to exact spot. Also taking packaging away, Brilliant.

The sales person I had was Scott in flooring Dep he was very helpful and patient with me I then had my carpet fitted the fitters were excellent they went above and beyond to help as my husband has not long had a stroke will be returning for more carpets in future

A really great experience in store when buying a sofa. Great furniture, accessories and homeware. Good quality too!
The employees were so helpful and they didn't push sales very hard like other similar shops.

New armchairs
Chairs that arrived weren't quite the ones we wished to order after trying out a chair in store. But the delivered chairs were a near enough match to accept without raising the matter.
Probably outwith sterlings control but the estimated time of delivery went from 6 to 8 weeks to 7 to 9 weeks
A wee bit inconvenient as we'd disposed of our old furniture.
All in all, mostly satisfied with Sterling and the chairs
Delivery was exactly at the time we were told they were arriving. Delivery men delivered, fitted the legs and were gone within 20 minutes. Well done them
