Sterling Home - Edinburgh Recenzje 

We were looking for a rug and another major carpet supplier in Edinburgh who had a good selection advised us that Sterling, was the place to go to. Speaks volumes, the choice was fantastic the sales manager was informed and very friendly and we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was not cheap but the quality and design is second to none, so good value for money. It was delivered within 7 days and now takes pride of place in our lounge.

Great communication and support from the original ordering with Derek in the Fort Kinnaird branch( extremely professional and helpful), through to the fantastic delivery team. Highly recommend Sterling!

I cannot fault my experience from the support we had from Clive whilst picking our carpet in the showroom, to the professionalism and speed of our carpet installation team. Absolutely fantastic!

Shop staff very attentive. Delivery men super. The only problem we had was delivery timing but we got there. Initially told December and we planned work ready for that but were then told it was coming early and that you couldn’t hold it for us so we had to bring forward work, thankfully the workmen were available. It could have been a nightmare as my husband is disabled.
Got there though and we do love our sofa and chair

We were pleased with the quality of the product and with the helpfulness of both the salesman and the delivery crew.

Great service both in store and delivery.

Ordered entirely over phone with help of David Dickson who was absolutely super. The price was good and attention to detail on order very reassuring.
Chairs arrived early and you soloed for a few weeks , again this was amazingly helpful.
I knew what I was buying as had Ekornes Stresless for 20years and was not disappointed.
No pressured selling, all respectful and professional.

Our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressurised and helped us make the right choice.

The staff in store are amazing and lovely. However, then I got home and ordered more stuff online. Then I opened some of my cutlery and plates. One of my forks and knives were bent. Some of my plates had marks on them. I emailed customer support twice and filled out an online form. I am still waiting on a response it has now been 2 weeks. For the price you pay, I would advise somewhere else.

From placing the initial order in store to taking delivery of the items, Sterling Home were helpful and accurate in the delivery timescale, delivery once the item arrived with them was very quick and painless, would use them again without hesitation.

Bought our sofa bed from this company as after visiting many stores this was the only one that did not harass us from the moment we walked in the door till the moment
we left!! The sales person let us know he was there and then left us to browse. Were given time to actually look at the product, discuss it with my husband before WE approached the sales person when we were ready for more information and a demonstration of the product. Great product and great sales technique- which we advised his boss of before leaving the store. If more sales personnel conducted themselves in this manner instead of continually pushing the hard sell I am sure much more items would be sold with greater customer satisfaction leading to return sales.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Massive selection of goods.
