Outstanding customer service. Fast and helpful. I received extremely constructive support with a technical issue with a tap including videos of how to resolve the issue. Highly recommended.

It’s been my experience that these days customer service is mediocre at best or non-existent at worst. So I was amazed to find a company that bucks this trend! My initial contact with Sterling was a call to buy some “O” rings for my tap which was leaking. To my amazement, I spoke to a real person (Becky) straight away - non of this AI chatbot rubbish or press number this or that. The “O” rings were provided at no charge and arrived the following day. In the meantime, my tap developed a further problem for which, unfortunately, no spares were available due to its age. Again Sterling came up trumps in supplying a replacement tap at a discount. At all times Becky was helpful and friendly and did her best to solve my problems. You can’t ask for more! I’d have no hesitation dealing with this company again so keep up the good work Sterling!

Chloe at Clearwater gave excellent customer service when I requested a replacement overflow cover, with very quick replies and also a delivery date, excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

We've just has a new kitchen tap installed, but have a very specific medical need for a certain type of filter. Our plumber hadn't appreciated this, so I rang the customer service line and spoke to Rebecca, who was exceptionally helpful. She arranged an alternative filter to be sent to me, pre-installed with the correct adaptor so it would fit our new tap, and supplied it at trade price. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be able to reach someone very easily, and then have that person listen and solve my issue very quickly. Rebecca made my day!

One email was replied to super fast by the amazing Amber. I sent a short video of the issue with our tap, an engineer took a look, advised what was needed, and the spare parts are on their way. A very pain-free experience, excellently and professionally managed, a welcome relief in today's usual 'throw away' world. All brassware going forward will be bought from this fantastic company. Thank you.

Old school! It was refreshing to see that there are some very professional delivery drivers around.This companies driver was exceptional. He phoned me to apologise he could not deliver my parcel that day but would contact me the following day and give me a time. He did this and without hesitation bought the heavy package into my flat. He then asked me to check over for any damage, opening the box checking it was in order before politely asking me to sign. Nothing was too much trouble, he said he loved his job even though he had done a huge amount of miles that day. Monty was old school a valuable asset to the company. Old school!

I rang up having been advised to do so by a local plumber. He had installed one of their taps 18 months ago but it was now dripping. I wasn't particularly confident of getting anywhere as I wasn't the one making the original purchase and had no invoice number or receipt. But to my surprise and delight, they very quickly agreed to send me some replacement parts which should resolve the issue. So I'm very impressed.

Just over 2 years ago, we bought a Clearwater Elegance for our kitchen sink.

In line with their recommendations, only wiping regularly with the cleaning cloth provided with the tap (no cleaners used.)However, the tap developed a black ring around the base.

So contacted Sterling customer service for advice on how the mark could be removed. Chloe from customer service was brilliant with a quick response explaining possible causes and just asking for purchase details. A new tap was sent, received within 2 days.

Although bought over 2 years ago, Sterling still provided excellent customer service-acknowledgment, explanation, solution.

I rang Sterling to order a cartridge valve for a kitchen tap that had started leaking.
I gave the lady some basic details and she knew immediately what part I needed.
It arrived the next day. 10 minutes to fix and all good again.

We saw this company online when we were looking for an off white kitchen sink. They offered much more than the run of the mill sinks we had seen elsewhere. We rang to ask if they could send out a sample of the Kameo Blizzard so we could check the colour against our worktop. The sample arrived the following day and was a perfect match. We ordered the sink and a matching tap the same day and it was delivered 48 hours or two working days later. The sink was so well packaged that there was never any danger of it being damaged in transit.
Overall we are really impressed with the service from this company and would highly recommend.

Sink tap was leaking from the spout seals, they sent us new seals, we fitted them but it still leaked, so they sent us a new spout, we fitted this and it stopped leaking. We'll done Sterling you helped us out, thanks. Great service
