I've been using them for 10 years
I've been using them for 10 years, this is a very professional company. Customer service is excellent, especially Adele was very helpful on the phone when I had some enquiries, following up with a phone call to make sure I'm happy and my problem was sorted.

Human Touch to Customer Service
Grace was fantastic in dealing with my account query — she took the time to listen, understand what was needed and quickly set about resolving it. We are a large site with lots of moving parts, but Grace not only sorted the issue but also put corrective actions in place. No long wait on the phone either — really impressed with the service!

They are very understanding
They have very understanding and customer friendly staff.
Furthermore, they respect schedule most of the time.
The staff i spoke with today( Christopher Huth) was exceptionally good. He was honest, patient, helpful and ready to listen. He was very assuring.
He handled my problem in a very satisfying manner.

DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!! Absolutely shocking company! I had no collections for 6 months, rang up time and time again and was told someone would come and collect but nobody came. and they still took the money out of my account, I’m owed over £500. The customer service team are useless, was told many times they would sort it and be in touch but heard nothing back.
