After having previously a negative experience with another tax advisor (who gave me absolutely no guidance, just basic information), the introductory call with Ana & Manuel was 'a breath of fresh air'. I changed my Ukrainian car plates.
Everything was explained great and clear. Maximum dedication and help. Good English .
Rui even helped me with any simple questions like payments or sending a mail. As I’m a bit helpless with such stuff :)
And communication was really nice, intelligent and even fun at some points!

I used this company to handle the customs clearance of my car in Portugal, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.
Before starting the process, I was provided with clear and detailed information about each step, including all expected costs. Throughout the process, my manager responded quickly to all my questions and gave me full attention and support.
Even after the process was completed, the manager reached out to check if the inspection went well — which truly impressed me. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in Portugal. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and professional car import process!

Though I have mentioned it to them personally. Thank you to Gabriela and the team at Step Inside Portugal! They were recommended to me by a friend. Absolutely wonderful team of experts in every division. I am still working with them on the Self-Employed side, but for the immigration side, Gabriela assisted me with the utmost support over the course of the year, having led to receiving my residency card. Nothing but amazing things to say about this team. Would highly recommend them for any foreigner moving to Portugal, especially if you are self-employed.
