Emily is an impactful tutor. she is very detailed and effective in teaching.

We learnt so much interesting stuff on this course, on many subjects. It mainly focused on Customer Service and Personal Development skills. The main aim was to really get us focused, prepared and confident enough to seek the
job/career that we really want and the steps and action plan necessary to do that.
Our tutors were Amos Fanimo and David and they were very knowledgable and attentive. They were fair and patient and kind to all the students.

The course was conducted very professionally, but in a down to earth way to make to accessible to people from all walks of life.
We were also reassured that after the course we would be given opportunities to apply for
specific job roles, and hopefully
attend interviews.
Overall, it was a hugely
enjoyable and educational
experience. The only improvements with the course I
would suggest it that the course is carried out in an actual real
life classroom setting, rather
than virtually online.
Personally, I found a few students disruptive by being constantly late for class, and who chose not to speak when asked to and didnt fully participate to the same degree as others. This slowed thngs down for the rest. ( I've since learned that one of those students is kind of ageist and sexist. )Oh well....

Apart from those things I would highly recommend this course.

My experience with Amos Fanimo has been absolutely amazing right from the start to finish. He has been a great asset in Listening to me, helping me advising sharing information on how to bring back my confidence in Oder to help me get myself back into work.

Amos was a very good trainer and took his time to explain or go back on topics, that any individual did not fully understand.
He taught with an extreme amount of patience, which was necessary as we were all at different levels of learning. Be it in our IT knowledge or subject matter knowledge.engaged with us very well and explained the tasks extremely well.

The experience was great and Amos was fantastic, don't hesitate joining the course. I was veryyyy hesitant at first but came out very satisfied. Also please don't be a karen we had one in our group but thankfully someone put her in her place at the end.

I really enjoyed my e-learning with Step Ahead team,I enjoyed the group work and interactive assignment's/new Digital skills,and Enterprise learnt such as Creating online social contented with the use of Canva/capcut. I have increased my employability with the new certifications achieved.

Also, regards to my tutor Emily Bunu she has been wonderful in every aspect including course material delivery,as well as professional advisor. Much appreciate the effort provided to the course material and presentation delivery.

I enjoyed the e-learning delivery and the LMS such as Aptem was really helpful in every aspect of each e-learning delivery and completion.

My online e-learning Instructor/Accessor Emili Bunu has been Professional and Amazing,as well as a perfect person with an excellent personality.

I will be keen to participate in future courses/Apprentiships regards to Tech/IT/Digital/Cyber/Commercial roles.

However, so still awaiting to hear for available Tech/IT/Data/Cyber/Commercial job roles in London/UK but I will remain active and in communication with Step Ahead Recruitment team and hopefully to get a job soon!

My experience was great while taking this course with Emily Bunu, the course is filled with knowledge that drives in the right direction. Along side, you keep working with the tutor to the end which helps in all you may need. I got some good advices as well in regards to employment issues, so it is definetly worth it.

While I understand the material and feel that I grasped the key concepts related to the lessons, I didn't feel particularly challenged by the process. The tasks and activities felt relatively straightforward, allowing me to apply my existing knowledge without pushing me to explore deeper or think critically.
It was a good learning experience nonetheless.
