Stay Sojo Recenzje

Very accommodating support throughout the stay. Only that I couldn't get house keys on the day of arrival as Community staff was not available at the front desk. It would be good to address this for future clients. This issue was resolved later on and appreciate the time and efforts made to make this happen.

Everything was really nice and the personnel that works in there is very professional, kind and helpful. I hope to repeat that great experience I had. The facilities are beautiful and everything tidy.

The staff was great with all my requests!

What a wonderful experience!! Personnel was fabulous to work with and the place was amazing

I am currently staying at my 2nd apartment within this company. I have been really pleased with both properties thus far. Not only are the buildings beautiful but the locations are just as nice. Everyone one involved has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met and that my stays are comfortable. I highly recommend Stay Sojo to anyone looking for corporate housing. You’ll never want to sleep in a hotel again!

Great pre-arrival communication, support during my stay, and smooth check-out departure. Mint House property was clean, comfortable and CONVENIENT. Strongly recommended!

My experiences with SOJO in two locations has not only met but exceeded expectations. The combined tenure has been of a longer duration than most residents. This provides evidence of the consistent and long term customer satisfaction that SOJO has provided.

All SOJO personnel regardless of department or title, local or corporate office have been courteous, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Most importantly they have displayed accessibility, responsiveness and are solutions oriented when an issue arises.
By making my APT experience free of worries it has allowed me to concentrate on the priorities I have. day to day
They are assets to their company.
Highly recommend SOJO for those seeking a worry free experience knowing that they are always ready to assist.

Living in a furnished unit for the last 14 months with another year and a half until the construction project is furnished has been a pleasure, solely because of the people at Stay Sojo. Maintenance is great, property staff is responsive and helpful. Responses to requests for maintenance or regarding any issues are handled quickly, efficiently and in a most friendly manner. Thank you, Stay Sojo.

Excellent customer service; however, the application process was very difficult.

I have lived in a furnished Stay Sojo unit for the last 10 months and have to say that everything has been great! The unit is complete with everything I could need and more. I have an unusual situation where I commute from another city every other week so each time I stay at the unit my new rental car information has to be registered with the property management. The Stay Sojo team never misses a beat even when I arrive late at night. On the occasions where the unit has needed maintenance, the Sojo team handles it the same day. As I was preparing to move out, they went out of their way to find me a new property and accomodate my needs with respect to changing dates. When I need corporate housing in the future, I will always contact Stay Sojo. Thanks team!

Everything is excellent. Follow-up and customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.

Staying at the elysian was amazing. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, as well as the apartment. Managers are always willing to help assist and get maintenance reports pushed through immediately.

I have lived in short term furnished apartments with Stay Sojo for two years in a row. I highly recommend them! I have had a few maintenance issues, but the Stay Sojo staff handled these very quickly (within 24 hours) even when the problem occurred on the weekend.

Stay SOJO experience promised was the experience I received during my entire stay *****

Everything was great! The entire staff were so helpful! From Abby and Renee to Melissa. I have stayed with StaySojo before and I remember they had someone named Jason, he was great too!

Josh at the front desk was always very helpful and courteous. Made the stay very easy with the check in and check out.
