Efficient customer data collection
I run a few short time rental properties in Germany.
I came across Stayfi at VRMA in Las Vegas last year. Arthur and his team w te extremely helpful throughout the entire onboarding process.
Customer support is great and very little work required to set everything up.
Thanks to StayFi I have been able to collect the email addresses from almost every guest.

Poor support
Very difficult to get a hold of this company. There is no phone number. My access point never worked and when I would email them they would reply only once per day. Never got resolution of my problem. Wasted months of subscritption fees

I am sorry for your less than stellar experience with StayFi. We made an error on our end where your inquiry for help did not get routed to the appropriate team. We have fixed this issue on our end so this does not happen again. You should have received a calendar to book a time for a call at your connivence. We have gone ahead and refunded all your StayFi charges.
The Best Vacation Rental Marketing Software
StayFi is an absolutely fantastic platform for short term rental owners who care about driving direct bookings. It's got all the features you could want in a vacation rental marketing software, and a fantastic support team behind it as well. I highly recommend StayFi's platform if you want to grow your vacation rental business and minimize your dependence on 3rd party booking platforms. Huge value for the price!

Stayfi has enabled me to have complete control over the WiFi at my vacation rental properties. Everything is simple and straight forward in the stayfi dashboard. I am able to troubleshoot connection issues without needing to contact the ISP. I highly recommend stayfi.
