From start to finish this company was professional, helpful and made the whole sale hassle free.
They advised us over everything, Steve Farrell was our first point of contact and he was amazing throughout - nothing was ever to much trouble, and any issues he went above and beyond to help with.

Steve the owner was also great! They had complete understanding over the situation and I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Found staff (both Steve’s) Friendly and easy to deal with and attentive to communications. Although a slight delay to transport this was really the third party and the deal agreed was the deal paid. I would recommend and consider using Staticcaravanbuyer again.

They were the only trader to offer me a reasonable price for my caravan. Steve was brilliant at keeping me up to date throughout the selling process. I also dealt with Byron who was equally helpful. They also made the whole process of selling my caravan stress free. As far as I'm concerned at the end of the day when selling a caravan you want two things, good price and no hassle. This company provides both of those things. I would definitely recommend them.

Having just sold my off site Caravan to Steve and John who run static caravan buyer. I couldn't recormend them more highly. Steve arrived as arranged even traveling from the office all the way down to Suffolk to look at my van. Once the purchase was decided John transhered the deposit directly. And good contact was kept up till the collection day which was some time. Collect was prompt and proffessional. Over all a smooth proffessional trust worthy operation. I would indeed recommend any one thinking to sell there van off site to contact Steve or John.

Just going through the selling process now with Static - Trader and they couldn't be more helpful. Whilst trying to sell my late parents static I have come across a few not so genuine traders however Static-Traders (Steve in particular) has been amazingly helpful and thoroughly genuine during a difficult time. 100% would recommend them.
