Upfront, honest, pleasant, timely

Everyone has been upfront and honest. My concerns and questions have always been answered quickly, feedback has been provided in a timely manner, and my team has been pleasant to work with. But from the start has been Jennifer. She’s been an absolute angel . She’s been with me from the start of my process to the handoff to my team. She’s always been there for me and ready to answer any of my questions and help me through the process. she made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision. Jennifer Conner is a complete gem

Jennifer Conner is a complete gem. When I talked she listened, when she talked she reassured me I could trust her and Statesbook Publishing. She answered my questions directly and often answered before I could ask. She has been present and available making the handoff to the team a smooth transition. My journey as a first time author has been informative, enlightening and safe thus far. I am excited to get this book in publication and so is this team.
