Violent Driver
A extremely violent pickup driver come to pick-up a return parcel. He snatched off my hands the form he was supposed to sign as proof of pick-up and signed it reluctantly. He was loud and extremely aggressive and screamed at me saying that he does not need a copy, forcibly pulling the parcel off my hands and left with my words in my mouth.

Star Track by far is the worst courier services that is in Australia. Unreliable and dishonest delivery teams and worst customer service team on site who merely reading off prewritten phone scripts. No wonder the recording requests customers to be polite to their below average untrained customer service mascots. Cannot blame them but the management team.
I was made to understand that home deliveries are more expansive than commercial deliveries. The drivers comes to your door step without the parcel and leaves a missed delivery card and takes off. They don’t knock on the door, ring the door bell nor leave the parcel at the door step. This happens when the residents are at home waiting for more than 3 days for the goods to arrive after multiple phone follow ups.
The customer service teams can’t trace the drivers, cannot contact the drivers or their port or escalate the matter to their team leaders who at meetings 24x7. Appalling. These uncivilised driver thieves are working for agents who cannot the contacted and then the goods are taken to the depots and the Customer service teams cannot reveal the details of the deport to collect the goods. What a national service that is a nightmare and misleading…..only attempting to steal money from the poor customers. Star Track please get your act right!!!
Interparcel using Startrack
Interparcel using Startrack for my first parcel for my new business.
I ordered a pickup service with Interparcel using Startrack for shipping out of Bundaberg, state and nation wide for my new business and my very first parcel booked with StarTrack is still waiting to be picked up 5 days later. Booked on the 22nd for pickup on the 23rd and its still here on the 27th despite me spending multiple hours chasing Interparcel and Startrack and making sure someone is home all day from 8-5 with a total no show, no call, no text, no nothing. I have no clue what's going on and who the problem is with but its a very bad start for me with multiple parcels needing transport in the future. To top it off Interparcle kept quoting their "no guarantee policy" to me telling me I would have agreed to this when I agreed to use them. That one blew me away as I wasn't asking about a refund or any such thing except a solution. Out of the blue I get quoted policy that tells me I wont get my money back? I have a copy of the whole transcript online chat that their managers need to read and sort through and look to improve on. Too may apology emails and notifications that my case has been escalated and rebooked for next day pick up only for nothing to happen again and again. Apologies are nice but not what I need. I need to know who will give me a reliable service for my new business as 5 parcels now wait in line before I dare enter them into the system.

Tracking shows them stuck at the airport for days. I phoned Star Track and after a long time on the phone, I was informed they had received damaged goods.
They sent me a photo and it seems like it might just be the wrapping/packaging, apparently they will wrap them up again and continue to deliver
You would think they would contact you and organise delivery instead of just leaving it in a corner waiting for the sender or receiver to inquire. I hope I get my shoes lol

Have been ordering packages from NSW over the last few weeks.
Been taking 3-4days which is acceptable through AU Post.
Paid $30 for express delivery of a b'day present via Startrack & now there's delivery problems, same address, same requirements.
But now I have to go-to their depot & collect it, providing the same details their driver refused to present my company!
I work Mon-Fri 8-5, so not home to "sign" and can't get to a PO to collect. Not impressed.
Startrack are worst delivery provider in existence
Driver left card without coming to front door. Tracking web page says "Attempted delivery". Redelivery page says "We have no record of an attempted delivery". Phone number is automated with no possibility to get a person and says "on track for delivery today". How on earth do I get my package...?
Slower than a pigeon don’t use
Parcel was Due on the Friday, arrived in Caboolture on Monday. Sat all day , sat all day Tuesday went finally out Wednesday for delivery…. Never got delivered ended up on other side of the city in Darra. Thursday apparently it’s out for delivery “again” . The official word from startrak is the guy ran out of time with no explanation how my parcel ended up in Darra. Not only will I not use Startrak for my own but will boycott any company that uses them.

3 times now over 6 months my deliveries for work have been lost. I lose business every time my supplies don’t come in. Took 6 weeks for them to find the 1st lost parcel ( which was in the depot the whole time) the second parcel took 3 weeks to find now my 3rd has been left in a totally different suburb even though it has the correct delivery address.
This company needs to start taking responsibility for the stress it’s causing. Absolutely useless.
Boxes left out in the open not at location stated.
Delivered safely and on time but driver did not read the instructions clearly labelled on the boxes. The boxes should have been left in the waterproof container at location designated on the label. Instead the driver simply left them sitting out in full view near my mail box. Anyone could have picked them up and carried them off. And what if it had rained? Star Track track and trace says "Delivered - Left in a safe place". Sitting on the lawn near the footpath beside my mail box is not a very safe place to leave a parcel!

Zero star for the worst service. The parcel from Dell was not delivered and not even to left the message where I could pick it up. Sent the request but never responded, then called the customer service and waited more than 30min but unfortunately she did not willing to assist and requested me to come their depot to pick it up which is quite far from my home. Terrible. The company has always made it difficult to organise redeliveries but this is the first time I have been told it will go to a investigator to work out if you can get yours redelivered or not?
They close at 3pm... how do people with fulltime jobs and kids go out of their way... not to a local post office but to their warehouse to pick up parcels.
This company is blowing my mind... you're a delivery service that only delivers if you can be bothered.

Stop using Startrack
These guys are useless, companies should stop using them. Missed delivery attempt no worries ill cop that. No information left where or how to get my parcel. Call them to try to find it, rather than take it to a collection centre, its gone back to their depot. Organise a new delivery date on a day I know I'm home. What do they do, attempt to deliver it a day early when I'm not home. Start the whole process again.

According to star track they delivered a $500 package of gifts and left it at the front door. No photo , no signature.
Repacked Parcel with MISSING ITEMS
Sent an order to a customer that was packed in a Signet Shipping carton with my business and mid way through transit, the carton was repacked because of "Poor Packaging"
When repacking using a StarTrack carton, the staff at StarTrack Minchinbury NSW forgot to include items worth $200.00 into the new carton.
Now, I have been chasing this up over a month now and StarTrack are now outright ignoring me and as usual, not taking responsibility or trying anything to rectify the situation they caused.
The carton used, our company has used on over 3000 different orders and never ever has it been damaged to a point that it needed to be disposed of and repacked. Signet, the manufacturer, possibly sells millions of these without issue so don't blame the carton, blame your drivers.
This isn't the first time I have had issues with StarTrack, they throw cartons around, ended up breaking several of my products on route to my customers which i had to take responsibility for as a business owner and it cost me my time and money. They never, not once, accepted responsibility or reimbursed for items lost or damaged in transit.

unbelievably difficult company . Online chat did not work , kept on asking questions and would not transfer me to an agent so I called. eventually got through and asked how to organise pick up for a parcel that had been delivered by them without an account number or tracking number and she just didn't understand me....kept asking where is the package. Rubbish, I will use someone else.
