I am a profitable trader who has received payments from this company
But as soon as I started receiving payments, they immediately began to create problems for me, dragging out a lot of time to delay the payment deadlines and in fact the payment was received once a month and not every 2 weeks as stated in the rules
They constantly forced me to leave positive reviews on all resources and threatened that they would take away my account and stop paying me
I left them feedback and they cut my shoulder very badly that I can't open even 0.5% of the risk on the deal
This is a terrible company that is not interested in profitable traders

First payout from starterproptrater
I purchased an account with instant funding. There was no delay in receiving the account. The first withdrawal is available in 14 calendar days. During this time, I earned about 20% profit (1840$). I sent a request for withdrawal, I received the payment the next day to my crypto wallet. I also quickly received answers to questions on discord

This company, more precisely "Starter Prop Trader", has twice refused to pay me my profits!
The first refusal:
I went through a 2 phase challenge with them on my strategy. They checked for more than 24 hours and gave me a funded account. I traded on the funded account using the same strategy I used in the challenge and made a profit of 10% in 4 days. There were 803 trades with an average duration of 1 minute. The company suspected me of using prohibited strategies, Expert Advisors or other programs and did not pay me my earnings. When I wrote to them that it is not so, I trade on my own, they wrote back to me: "We understand you. The problem is in Over Leverage." In the end they blocked my account with 10% profit (10 000$) and gave me a new Challenge, not even a funded account. I had to go through 2 stages of the challenge again.
Second rejection:
I passed the 2nd trial again. But, this time the number of trades was less and the average duration was 5-6 minutes. They checked my account for 4 days before giving me an account. In the end they wrote:
- "We have re-detected Over Leverage in your trading and reduced your leverage. Now you will not be able to violate our rule." -
And they gave me an account with a 1:1 leverage reduction. I had no choice but to trade. I kept working. Made an 8% profit. 2345 trades in 13 days, average duration 6 minutes. The company refunded me 279$, the cost of the call, instead of 6400$ and blocked my funded account. They accused me again, allegedly I repeatedly used prohibited strategies. I offered them as proof a video demonstration, where it will be seen that I trade by myself, open and close trades with the mouse and the monitor with my trading will be visible. They refused such a proof, they said that they made a final decision and my trading is not reproducible on the real market.
That's how we parted with this company on 03.11.2024.

Firstly, there were no refusals and your fee was refunded because you used HFT that violated our clearly stated rules on the website, specifically Terms of Trading 6.2.2.
Details of the First Instance:
Over a span of four days, you executed 803 positions, trading 3,935 lots, with an average duration of just 9 seconds per position.
We issued a warning and provided you with a new account to rectify your actions, allowing you to continue trading under proper guidelines.
Details of the Second Instance:
You completed 3,231 trades with a total lot size of 2,346 lots over 13 days, averaging 259 positions per day and an average lot size of 357.
Your trading style remained unchanged, with bots operating continuously around the clock, which led to the same violations as before.
Despite our efforts to provide you with opportunities to correct your trading practices, these actions continued, forcing us to refund your fee and part ways.
We understand your disappointment, but we are committed to upholding the integrity of our platform and adhering to the rules that are clearly communicated to all traders. We wish you the best in your future trading endeavors.

Refusal to pay the FULL $7,200 PROFIT and charges without proof.
Starterproptrader accused me of being a manager of another prop company, because I write more about them (there are adequate conditions and no delays in payments) than about starterproptrader. For information I have a rating with more than 15 prop companies.
starterproptrader did not show any official proof of their words.
I was demanded first to make withdrawalt “on Demand”, which according to the rules will be more than 2 times lower vs normal withdrawal after 14 days. After my refusal they made a second demand. They said that they will pay only half of the profit 4000 from total 8000 profit from my first 100k Funded account. The rest will be paid ONLY if I follow their plan clearly and do advertising several posts a week in my community. This is an illegal requirement that was not agreed in the contract.
Here are the facts
Instead of the promised leverage of 100 which is indicated on the site and at the moment of passing the Challenge I was given on the Funded account 5 leverage.
Everywhere it is possible is delaying the time to issue a Funded account. My second Funded account was not issued after 5 working days from the moment of signing the contract.
Also for information - everyone who has received a payout MUST do a review on that payout, otherwise you will not be able to trade on your Funded account further.
Any comment can be interpreted by starterproptrader as disclosure of contract information. You can get your account blocked for this.
Because of this (especially because of the new conditions that I had to do to get the remaining profits) I stopped working with this company completely. The profit balance on the first 100k Funded account remained $4,000 and the second 100k Funded account was not released after 5 days of signing the contract.
