Frustrating Warranty Experience
Star Tech Warranty Team,
I submitted my full desktop computer to your Multiplan Center branch on 17 September 2025 for warranty service.
After inspection, I was informed that there was an issue with the motherboard and that the repair would be completed within 20-25 working days. Complain no. (CMP-STLMC-Tahmina749-2025-001795)
However, it has now been over a month, and I have not received any update or resolution.
I contacted your warranty hotline several times (on 6, 8, and 20 October), but each time I was only told that it would be fixed “next week,” without any definite timeline or progress.
Due to this prolonged delay and lack of communication, I have formally filed a complaint with the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) regarding this issue.
I kindly request you to review my service case urgently and provide a clear update or resolution at the earliest possible time.
