Einfach ein tolles Spiel das man lange spielen kann.

What happened sso? This was a great game. So fun. I played it every day. This update made almost made me quit. It’s very non-inclusive. As a 5,0 person. I feel non-included . I look awful on my smaller horses. I used so so much money on this game. It feels like a wasted my money. Please please fix this.

There are some serious pros and cons to this game.

First the positives. It looks beautiful. It runs well on a low-spec machine and physics behind how the horses move is great (much of what others describe as glitches are just the demand on the processor - it happens with any graphics-heavy software, this is why dedicated gaming devices are so high spec and expensive).

The quests are generally fun and the story is wonderful. Most of all, it’s lovely to play a game which offers a sense of real-time exploration and adventure without having to kill monsters all the time. I’ve played it for 4 months and really loved it.

But the negatives… for me, the biggest one is that the wonderful story is badly neglected. I’ve done all those ‘main quests’ now and it feels like the story has barely begun… which wouldn’t be a problem except there seems to be two or more years between updates!

It’s glitchy. Not in the way I’d have expected, with graphics render etc, but in badly coded quests that overlap or don’t end properly. I reported one which as seriously hampering my ability to advance, only to be told it’s a long-standing bug. Well why? It’s in a quest that’s 5 years old. Now I’m missing a quest reward, a page of ‘lore’ - and apparently that’s something they already know about and are working on. ‘Sorry for the inconvenience’… Not good enough. It’s not an inconvenience, it’s spoiling the game.

I paid £41 as a one-off to play this, but there’s no conclusion to reach. No way to win, no way to go back and play it again up to where I am… which I could have done with games I used to buy for around the same price.

Altogether, it’s not really worth the money. And it’s very badly planned out, both the storyline and the codebase. I don’t feel ripped off, but I do feel let down.

The final straw for me, though, is probably going to be the avatar/player character update. I appreciate that I’m not the target audience and the most players are kids… but the new avatars are definitely going to look like kids. Mainly, plump Swedish kids. I can deal with a generic avatar, particularly are the current ones look like pretty girls in their mid-teens. I don’t think I can feel comfortable playing as a 12 year old.

Don't purchase a subscription if you already have another one running.

My daughter paid £5 for a monthly subscription which gave 100 coins a week.

Days later she decided to use her money, tempted by the offer, to get the £40 Lifetime subscription which is 100 coins a week forever.

She cancelled the monthly sub with a message saying she still had the perks for the next 3.5 weeks.

Her 100 coins for the monthly sub didn't come in.

Contacted customer services who said she won't get them (300) as she has a new sub now.

She's penalised as a paying customer for being upsold! Absolutely terrible practice.

The customer service team were awful, offering no apology or understanding of how bad this setup is.

Game would be amazing if you didn't have to pay money just to unlock the entire world besides codes you can only go to moorland and fortpinta and starrider codes don't get released that often so people who don't have money can't do any fun things att all I know I'm asking for a lot but can we make it so that either the entire world is just unlocked or that we have to earn levels to get to places it would make the game alot better in general bc alot of kids (and adults who don't have money) would be able to enjoy the game :)

This game used to me my favorite, and it used to be good but now... sso down graded badly, its sad

Mir gefällt es nicht dass sso es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt einen Fehler den man selbst gemacht hat aber dann wieder selbst behoben oder etc macht wieder rückgängig zu machen.

Das Spiel ist ganz nett für Kinder.
Aber viel zu teuer (Kaufpreis und zusätzliche Kosten durch Starcoins).

Wir haben uns heute darüber wieder unterhalten.

Also wenn so ein Spiel Konflikte auslöst und das Kind unglücklich macht, weil es sich nicht das Pferd kaufen kann was es sich wünscht (Starcoins zusätzlich kosten!).

Dann ist es an der Zeit dieses Spiel vom PC zu entfernen.

Ich spiele SSO seit über 3 Jahren und es ist alles nur schlechter geworden. Die Preise sind extrem gestiegen und es dauert Stunden um online kommen zu können. Es kommen kaum noch Gebiete oder Quests raus und die Quests sind auch nicht mehr dass, was sie mal waren. Man kann kaum noch etwas in den Chat schreiben und Gutscheincodes gibt es auch nicht mehr so viele wie früher. Ich habe so viel Geld in das Spiel investiert und bin einfach nur enttäuscht. Ich werde mir das Spiel deinstallieren da es einfach keinen Spaß mehr macht.

Don't get me wrong, this game is amazing and I love it, but I do wanna talk about the limits of it for "non star riders" yes I get its for keeping your game up and running but come on. Most of the horses you can't buy without star coins and getting star coins require buying them separately or getting a star rider member ship. I find this somewhat unfair since some people don't have/ want to have to pay for some in game things to be able to have fun. Its so easy to get in game currency but also challenging and its kind of a waste of time if your only able to buy clothing and horse supplies. I'm not saying all horses have to be normal in game currency paid money but at least have some. Most people play the game for the horses and the story lines and you kind of just limit that. You also limit the areas to "non star rider" players as you only really have Moorland stables and Fort Pinta (maybe South Hoof too) available, at least have the other places access able after completing quests and such instead of blocking it off. Again its a great game. Just maybe consider some things

Fantastisches Spiel für Kinder und sogar Erwachsene. Meine Tochter spielt es schon seit 12 Jahren und ich (der Vater) seit 11 Jahren. Für mich ein toller Ausgleich neben dem stressigen Job.Wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir sind Lifetime Spieler (Star Rider) und haben keinerlei Einschränkungen.

Ich finde es nicht so cool das es für jungs keinen mänlichen karakter gibt.
vieleicht könntet ihr das machen das man auch einen mänlichen karakter haben kann und man den wärend dem spiel ändern kann.

Im März 2023 habe ich für meine Tochter 2x das Star Coins Double Paket für jeweils 54,96 Euro gekauft.
Das Bezahl-System von Star Stable hatte allerdings 3 mal abgebucht. Trotz mehreren Telefonaten mit Paypal und mehreren Emails an den Support von Star Stable will man mir meine einmal zu viel abgebuchten 54,96 Euro nicht zurückgeben und mir auch sonst nicht helfen. Paypal hat diese 3 Transaktionen ebenfalls nochmals schriftlich bestätigt und eine Email wurde von Paypal über mich an Star Stable weitergeleitet um den offensichtlichen Sachverhalt nochmals zu bekräftigen, aber Star Stable lehnt stets ab und sie antworten stets: Das System hätte nur 2 Buchungen erfasst und daher wurden auch nur 2 Star Coins Pakete gegeben.
Dies kann ich ganz klar mit Beweisen widerlegen, da alles auf der Rechnung nachzuvollziehen ist. Aber Star Stable ignoriert die Beweise und die Bestätigungsemail von Paypal. Star Stable und auch andere Spiele-Plattformen haben manchmal solche „Hänger“ im System und solche Fälle, wie meiner hier, seien Paypal sehr wohl bekannt. Dies wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter von Paypal am Telefon berichtet , welcher meinen Fall in dieser Angelegenheit bearbeitete. Auffällig ist hier, wenn ich privat bei Ebay oder sonstwo etwas gekauft oder verkauft habe , war niemals solch ein Hänger (Fehler in der Bezahlung (Paypal) geschehen, wie es bei großen Online-Digital-Waren-Anbietern manchmal vorkommt. Es ist so offensichtlich, dass dies Methode ist und kein „Fehler im Bezahlsystem“ ist.
Sie wissen dass der Kunde (Opfer) keine Möglichkeit besitzt um wieder an sein zu unrecht doppelt abgebuchtes Geld von Star Stable zu kommen. Diese Inkompetenz, bzw absichtliches Nichtstun vom Support ist eine absolute Sauerei.
Nicht dass sie durch die Coins schon genug Geld verdienen, nein, es reicht ihnen nicht aus, sondern sie müssen jetzt sogar noch mit perfiden Tricks versuchen (und dies gelingt ihnen scheinbar auch) doppelt eine Abbuchung vorzunehmen und diese dann einfach einzubehalten und ahnungslos spielen.

Mal schauen ob sich Star.St. hier meldet und welche Ausreden oder Lügen hier drunter gesetzt werden.

It’s my opinion that star stable has the worst customer service support team and they choose to not assist customers with issues and always blame the consumer.
My daughters account was hacked and she’s been playing this game for four year and invested chore money for star coins. They permanently suspended her account due to the hacking and told us to start a new game and wouldn’t help us out at all.
My daughter was crushed by the turn of events and unfortunately won’t be playing her favourite game based on the pour customer service.

Stop being such a cash grab game. Most updates consist of new buyable like horses or clothes, making the game feel like a paywall all the time and lacking ay interesting aspects. Bring back interesting storylines and content. Also an amazing feature, that I think would please new players and old bringing back a big demographic, is allowing the player to pick their graphic style, allowing them to pick between the new graphic style of the work and the old graphic style. The old graphic style had more realism and a feel to it, older players miss this style and have a feature to use the older graphics or the new ones I think would add such depth and bring a big player base back to the game. We miss the realism of the old game with graphics and storylines

Totale Abzocke von Kindern, die im guten Glauben, Freunde zu finden glauben, hinter denen sich Erwachsene verstecken, Gott weiß warum. Neben permanenten Grafik, Programm und Visualisierung, Einlog und Update Fehlern, nichts für schwache Nerven und bestimmt nichts für unsere Kids. Endloser Gruppenzwang und Massenabzocke vom Feinsten. Mann kann das in Europa über den Konsumentenschutz klagen! Lasst euch so was nicht gefallen. Hunderte von Euros, um aus reiner Willkür gesperrt zu werden..... ganz schlimme Zustände....
