This company is a joke. I ordered and paid for Hosta seeds to be shipped to my home in Atlanta. Little did I know my order was coming from overseas. After 2 months I received a package with a note from US Customs and the US Department of Agriculture that my order had been confiscated because the contents violated customs law. I immediately contacted Starsbrsting and multiple emails all they offered was a $5 refund. Surely they were aware of the rules restricting agriculture shipments to the US. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Ah, once again I purchased with my heart instead of my head. I didn’t check online reviews of the company. I don’t see in any of the reviews anyone saying anything about them claiming they have to close their business but that’s the ad I fell into. I ordered, paid with PayPal and waited a while. I contacted them after not receiving and they recommended tracking my package. The tracking shows it got to Kansas in June of last year and never got any further.
Surprisingly, PayPal hasn’t been very helpful in getting this resolved but I guess I will have another go.

As I’ve stated before, shop with your brain and not your heart. Be diligent about checking sources such as Trustpilot. See where the company is actually located and where they ship from. If they ship from China a return is nearly impossible. I’ve learned NOT TO DO ANY SHOPPING with China. Plus if it’s clothing it rarely fits.

I will report this company to BBB (but I don’t know if it will do any good) and any federal agency I can find regarding improper selling and misleading the public.

Just ordered some of the wooden crosses. Never has been delivered can’t show they ever shipped anything either. Have asked for a refund and get no reply! What a scam. I have now reported them and this company.

ZERO STARS. I purchased 2 ornaments in December of 2024 and was told it was delivered. I did not get the ornaments and the tracking number I was given doesn’t exists in USPS. This company is a scam and I don’t think I will get my money back or the product I ordered. I don’t recommend you order from this company. I lost money I could not afford to lose.

UPDATE:: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

2nd UPDATE: I was told by this company that I was given the wrong tracking number for my package. I was given the correct tracking number and wanted to file a claim. I could not file a claim because the address of the seller is required. I was told by the seller for logistic reasons, they could not provide their address. Such bullshit. Unbelievable!! Don’t buy anything from this company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I order 2 crosses that looked gorgeous on their website's photos. It was 2 interlocking hearts on a cross. I was so excited to order one in what the website called vintage, which was all wood color and another called log which looked to be a lighter color wood. The pictures made it look like a thick piece of wood with a beautiful smooth surface. I paid over $60 for both items including shipping. What a received was 2 pieces of wood that I would describe as kindling to start a fire (very thin) with staining on it. The "log" color turned out to be a reddish orange color and the "vintage" color looked like someone brused a light coat of stain on it. The quality is so poor!! I wanted to return it to the Starbesting, since they have a customer satisfaction policy, however, they stated it would be too expensive to return the items, so keep them and
we will refund you $7 US dollars for both items. I asked them if they were serious, the wood isn't worth $7 & I paid over $60. I wanted to give these as a wedding gift, but I am too embarrassed to do so. I will be working with my credit card company to try to help recover my payment. I hope no one falls for this scam!!

The crosses arrived in a very normal amount of time. They will make excellent Christmas presents. They are beautiful, well made and they will be a gift everyone will love them.

I ordered the Intertwined Hearts Wooden Cross in Vintage(dark) color wood, for $27.87 +$5.69 shipping= $33.56. I placed my order Aug. 11th with VIP Shipping in the U.S. What I didn't realize was that it was coming from China, so the shipping only related to when it reached the U.S. I Finally received my package Aug 31! It was Much lighter in color And unfinished wood. I had asked, several times when I'd get my order and they reassured me it was on the way- tracking didn't keep up very well. When I complained that what I received didn't look like the picture of what I'd ordered, I was assured it was correct. I sent pictured of what I got and the picture shown on their website. I was told that I could return it, but shipping back to China would be expensive, so I was offered $3. I re-sent the pictures, asking if anyone had Looked at them, I was then offered $5. I had ordered the cross as an Anniversary gift for my husband and was actually embarrassed to give it to him, as it looked So different from what the picture showed I'd ordered. I believe this site to be a Scam!!

The product is wonderful and appears exactly as shown. It took a bit long to arrive, around 3 weeks. The price, however, is fair considering the quality and design. It really adds a unique touch to my room. For such an artistic product, I would say it's a decent deal. Definitely enhances the decor of any room. Thumbs up.

The packaging was quite impressive. It kept the item secure during its 3-week journey to my home. Efficient use of padding prevented any damages. Very happy with the care put into it.

I ordered an item over two months ago. It still is 'in transit.' Nobody knows where in transit or what company, but I'm supposed to believe that it was shipped. At first they said it was shipped from Italy. Then it said it was shipped from China. Nowhere on the ad did it say it would be coming from outside the US. I asked for a refund but only get emails saying that they are sorry, but the item is in transit. Just wait; it will arrive. Done buy from them if you don't want to be ripped off!!

Terrible customer service! I ordered a nice bracelet for my husband for Christmas...there was NOTHING when ordered that suggested I needed to select a size. Well, it came and it barely fits a tiny woman's wrist! I contacted the company, got ridiculous responses back and was finally offered $3 for my troubles. I paid nearly $30. After much back and forth, in which "Mikha" says she's done everything possible to help me, the final offer was $4. The products look great in the photos but I'd rather pay more money in person than have to deal with manipulative customer service reps who have no intention of helping the customer. 100% NOT worth it! Do NOT purchase from this company! Seriously, do NOT buy from them!

I ordered an Elephant toy tidy bin, which was complete with an attached playmat. The concept is brilliant - you pull the string of the playmat with all the toys inside and it turns into a little sack that goes into the Elephant bin bag. I only received a felt elephant bin (poor quality) and no playmat. I asked about the playmat as I hadn't received it and was advised that their dispatcher confirmed it has been sent. They asked me to check my parcel package again, which was ridiculous as it definitely wasn’t there. I sent them photos, as requested, but they still insisted that the dispatcher had sent it... I am not a liar! Offered me $3 then $5. I refused and said I would send it back. The answer I got was that I would have to send it to China at my own cost which would be more than the £32.90 that I paid for it! Don’t buy from them!

It would cost me more to return it and they're selling the bag with mat cheaper now than I paid for it.
My experience and bad customer service, where for them the customer is never right is a rip off! I have the bag, which is flimsier than I thought it would be. I imagine after packing toys away in in for a while, that out would tear. So I'm just going to use it as a knitting bag.
