Fast, efficient service from Ewan at Star Refining. The funds that we received far exceeded the initial estimated value and ended with a speedy payment. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

I Contacted the star refiners as had some old gold coins to sell. I recieved a reply very quickly to let me know they could take them. Was very happy with the terms and as a member of the public the whole process was easy. I was sent a prepaid pack to send in the coins and after processing was emailed an invoice with the total amount payable. After agreeing to the price I was paid extremely quickly. Very straightforward process. Star refiners are a genuine and trustworthy company and I'd definitely deal with them again. Highly recommended. 5 stars for top service.

As a retailer, this was my first experience of a refiner as opposed to a bulk collector of unwanted gold. I was not disappointed at all.
Excellent data analysis of the gold I sent up, but what made the experience sparkling was the assistance and communication of my account manager Malick Jeng.
Once analysed Malick telephoned me and the money was in my account within 30 minutes of my telephone notification.
