This is such a great company to do business with. I ordered a cardigan sweater and it was too big for me. They were more than willing to make this right with a very easy exchange. No issues at all. Plus the communication from their service department is very fast. No waiting for days for a response. It’s almost immediate and very friendly. I will definitely order from Stardom Jackets again. I see a biker jacket in the near future. Definitely check them out. You won’t regret it.

I absoluteley love my new Trench Coat! It is almost an exact replica of the Sandro coat that Selena Gomez wore in Murders in the building for a fraction of what Sandro charges ( their version is 800$) Stardom was 90$. Shipping was maybe 10 days total, the lining buttons and stitching all flawless and the pleats make the coat. Size was perfect and they also allow custom sizing . The coat was sent by Fed ex there was no Tariff cost. Highly recommend!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this website, I chose to order it from their store as they had the color and size I wanted and other sites didn’t. The item took so long to arrive I was sure I had been scammed. I requested a refund and they assured me it was arriving that week, which it did. After receiving the item a few weeks later I received an almost 20$ remittance bill from UPS saying they paid this on my behalf at customs and I now owe them the amount. Mind you I already paid shipping to stardom. Would not recommended and would not order from them again.

I ordered a jacket which turned out to not be what I was expecting in both the sizing and quality of the item. The jacket was not true to size and the quality was terrible. In order to return the jacket they are stating that I have to send it back to Pakistan and pay all of the return shipping cost. This is an American company so it's seems pretty insane that I have to return the jacket to Pakistan. I would never order anything from them again. I also received a new bill from UPS for the tariffs which I wasn't expecting. While I did receive a partial refund for my purchase it was only about half of what I paid. This company is awful.

I ordered from Stardom, and first the price point was excellent Secondly, the quality of my jacket was what was pictured, unfortunately, the size I ordered was a bit to small. Here comes the best part, their customer service is second to none. Bravo, Stardom

I ordered a vest that turned out to be too small. I contacted Stardomjackets and in short order was able to arrange for shipment of a replacement in a larger size under very favorable and just terms. Very prompt and friendly service. And the vest is super!
