Bought laptop from them. It was acer c740 chromebook. The delivery was fast and prompt. Have some minor scratches but it’s acceptable because its refurbished. Over all good experience

These people are frauds I ordered a mobile phone from them, and they sent it in a very poor condition. The mobile's speaker is not working either. I've been messaging them for three days, but they are not responding properly. Don't order anything from them. They might be scammers. On Facebook, those who upload screenshots of their orders are probably fake because I don't see any comments or they hide them. It was a mistake ordering from them.

Pathetic experience, worst customer service and over priced for used stuff.

The fake company with fake products no refund policy and if you contact them they not respond first if they responds they say to come at our place in Karachi. For delivery they send anywhere in pakistan but for refund they ask the customer to reach at there shops. Its not a e-commerce company its a bunch of thugs so pls not buy from them any thing.

I ordered a ChomeBook online and then approached by a girl on WhatsApp, she asked to make a payment of RS1000/- in advance.
After a few minutes someone else with same starcity.pk profile sent me a message and asking to make payment.
It was a red flag and thank God it saved me. I just checked their rating here and I believe I'm lucky for not purchasing things from them.

Bad experience.. Forward faulty chromebook.. Dont waste money on online purchasing... 1st check then buy... Dont trust on videos, could be made by anyone. Thanks

I wish I could give 0 stars their store should shut down. They are the biggest scammer, sent money and they denied that it’s not in their bank I sent my bank transaction screen shot but now they are not replying. I will report their business to e commerce and have their business closed. I wish I could post my bank shot here. THE MOST PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I could they still operate after having soo many dissatisfied people? Shame on you. Allah will grab your neck soon🤲🏼🤲🏼🤲🏼

Starcity.pk is 100% scam.

If you have a lot of money and you wish to burnt it. Then you can trust starcity.pk. I purchased a mobile, i asked them about the condition. They told me 10/10 and sent me faulty phone and then no refund. They will blackmail you, torture you to make a quick buck.

Learn lesson from me and others rather than become a lesson for others.

This is the worst online store in Pakistan and that is an achievement in itself.
I ordered a pixel 6 and paid advance amount, after waiting one week for delivery and repeated calls I was informed that the phone I ordered and they confirmed to be in stock was in fact out of stock.
So after wasting one week I asked for my money back, they then begged me to take Pixel 5 as a replacement, I agreed to it, however one week later I'm still without a phone and they are refusing to refund my advance payment.
So 15 days, 200 calls, 500 messages later I'm still without a phone. I hope this store shuts down soon.

Sent me faulty phone and then denied to accept and claim warranty as i informed within seven days. Pathetic customer service.

Last month I ordered a single laptop with 4 GB ram and 256 GB ROM but when I received totally opposite of specification and one thing my laptop has so many problems full of fault display spot battery warming and so many others I suggest to everyone please don't approach this fake websites and be-aware from a big scam.They are smuggle laptop from USA & EU.
